What is the difference between drawing indoor contours than creating new room? Why use it and the other feature? Can it be used to create molding or cornice?

Hi Michael, you can use creating a new room directly if you want to run the lighting calculations per room only. Indoor contours can be used if you have room inside the room. If you want to create molding, please use the extrusion volume in the object tab. Hope it helps! enjoy learning!

I want ask, the CAD files you are using, consists of all layout like, General Layout, Section Layout, Floor layout etc., so how you import particular section layout to work on DIALux, or you have different CAD files for different Layouts.
