yes, he choreographed the song himself, and it's the first content by him in a looong while.... he did so well! the accusations were strange, the way it was handled and everything... as you said, we all were young at some point, and we all can learn from things and should be allowed to grow from it! and there have been many interpretations on the choice of lighting and the fact that we can't truly fully see his face unless it's in the mirror, but i can't elaborate on those because i forgot half of it sorry sgdfgdgd

Just to elaborate the comments below.. He was accused by a former classmate of bullying, which in reality it was a one time argument that started from Hyunjin not closing the classroom door. The argument continues on their group chat w/c both parties prolly have spoken some not so nice word with each other. All this happened even before Hyunjin became a trainee for kpop.
His classmate prolly of jealousy exagerrates it, and knetz made it worse.. But when confronted by the company & Hyunjin, they admitted that no bullying happened and take down their post.. 😑

I love your reaction. It's a whole mood 😂 I looked the same while watching this for the first time 😋 The accusations never been confirmed. It was just a midschool fight. Jype sent him on hiatus just prevently, because antis used this situation to hating on him and on the whole group. Also the fact that these accusations started 1 day before Kingdom tells a lot. SKZ doesn't have huge Korean fanbase. They are not popular there so there was a lot of people from other fandoms attacking him and blowing this up and jype cares only about knetz opinion so they threw him under the bus to save their company image and didn't even try to check the whole situation. But he's back now and that's what matter. And he's back with a BANG. Showing the whole world that he's not weak and they can't destroy his passion. He used this opportunity to practicing and working on this stunning choreography. And to composing and writing songs. He improved so much during these 4 months it's crazy. He was the most popular jype artist back in February, twice as popular as next one on the list and was still leading till May. And he is rising again, like fenix from the ashes. Just check out the trailer to his and Chan's new song called "Red lights" (it's an unveil track). With the chains and other 50 shades of Gray vibes 🙈 You'll be even more dead. He is not a boy anymore. He is a man. And he's back to conquer the world 😋

Thank you so much for reacting to this. There's not a single day I don't watch this and his AOTM performance! He's been through a lot and this song was his gift to stays after coming back from the hiatus. He was accused of bullying but he never did. Infact, his school teachers and classmates even said that Hyunjin never did that. It was an argument from the past that a person brought up because of their jealousy on Hyunjin's success. JYP handled it really badly and due to that we had the hiatus. :(

i’m sorry but even hyunjin’s teacher defended him and said he didn’t do any of those things. what was clear was that there was huge competition level among students in the class? so that might have been what happened but if it was really serious hyunjin wouldn’t have been able to be back is what i’m saying. and the way jype made him apologize in korea already makes him look like he was at fault, he definitely wasn’t innocent is what i’m saying. but what did he do? call someone names or trip them over? smoke? because that’s what i did do in school as well. we had fights and arguments but now looking back it’s so silly and all the people i had arguments with now are mostly adults with families and we would only laugh this off. this was obviously aimed to harm him and stray kids which he didn’t deserve. what he did deserve was proper protection by his company which he did not get. :/ i’m sorry for rambling but jype has always been known for neglecting their boy groups. similar scandal happened with itzy’s lia (same company as skz) and they were so fast to defend her, they opened a case and proper investigation and her activities were never halted. but yeah that’s all i guess. this was definitely like his “cry” in a way and him showing desperation and just what he is, he’s not perfect but he’s admitting to that and working on himself which is the most important thing!
