Alabaré Young People Boots on the Ground Residential

In May, Boots on the Ground Young People took part in a residential specifically designed to promote wellbeing through connection to nature, mindfulness and outdoor-based activities.
Staying at Cameron’s Cottage, which is managed by the RSPB, the team worked together to complete various activities. Many of the young people come from disadvantaged backgrounds and live in the Alabare Young People Service and will never have experienced the outdoors in this way. Thank you to everyone who made this trip a success. A really powerful residential, where it was evident a positive impact on wellbeing (for all!) was made.
