I just got it yesterday and I really like it! I'm usually careful with gourmand smelling perfumes because a lot of them smell too artificial and nauseating for me, but this one has this classy sweetness to it that actually smells like sweets. Plus I really like how it starts with this fresh citrusy note. This is a perfume you use only one or two spritzes of though lol. Which is fine by me, because it was expensive af anyway, so it lasts longer.
I just got a sample of it. I purchased the roller ball oil from perfumery which is reviewed to smell exactly like it. When i first smelled it I was like whats all the hype about it has a clean sweet scent to me but i kept smelling it every 20 minutes or so and then it suddenly hit me. It smells like the pink candy from the colorful heart candies. Remember when you would buy the heart candies for valentines day that say be mine and different stuff and it comes in multiple colors pink white red and purple? It smells more like that to me opposed to marshmallow because those candies have a powdery but sweet pull to it. Then it hit me it has a mysterious type of intoxicating scent. It doesn’t pull very sweet on me it pulls balanced. Its more of the fact that the scent pulls you in and has a alluring mystery to it. Your nose can slowly over time through out the day pick up on every single thing and it seemed to change on me the longer i wore it the more i smelled different notes. Its a nice fragrance. You have to be into niche fragrances though because it doesn’t have a predictable smell you have to give it time. Its one of those scents youd want to add to your collection because its different. Its not omg I need it. Its more like you want it because of the mystery to it and how different it smells to everything else on the market. I feel like thats likely why Rhianna used that scent as her signature scent it smells nice but what makes it flattering is that it has allure to it because it smells so different to anything on the market. You keep smelling yourself because it smells like and your legit trying to figure out what is that of which your smelling. It is not a true gourmand scent its more like a balance between sweet clean and it changes because right now as i’m writing this I’m starting to get a powdery bubble gum feel to it….
I hated it in the beginning when I got a sample, then winter came and I loved it so I bought a bottle. Sweet Addict by Oakcha smells identical. I was behind a girl entering the office building where I work and I asked her and it was Oakcha Sweet Addict, I was shook bcs it smelled identical to my LDBS bottle. I think it's 40 USD. I still don't regret buying my bottle.
It’s worth the cost 200%. Every dupe I’ve smelled goes powdery. LDBS is not powdery. It’s a creamsicle orange. Dossier is sickly sweet and smells like fruit loops, Reyna is a powdery, and Ansaam Gold is super powdery. The original can’t be beat
I am wearing it right now. I smell goodt (lol) so I was looking up videos to see what other people though. It does have a lasting smell and is sweet but a good sweet in my opinion.
@@bkdivaBkdiva its called body fantasies signature cotton candy scent at walmart for 3 dollars. But there are many fragrances that say cotton candy which it smells like i literally used to wear these sprays in the 90s.
@wetburp You're welcome! I'm planning on getting a few more to compare. Also Superfumista Dolce Nissa is a good one. Not really a dupe but it drys down to a nice orange blossom.
@@nicolesandraperkinsthere’s another dupe by lunar celestial essence. It’s called Caramelia. There aren’t many videos/reviews on that brand so I’m thinking about trying it out!
I just bought this Killian... and It smells very similar to Prada Paradoxe (my opinion) just a bit much sweeter ;) I hope I like it on my skin... I will try it on today, thank you for the video :)
How did you go with this perfume? I want to get Love Don’t Be Shy. You compared it to Prada Paradox. That one is lovely but my skin absolutely hates it. It smell horrible on me!
Hi I've noticed some perfume reviewers sell some of their perfumes they don't use or get for PR, do you sell yours anywhere? I love niche perfurms but the price tags are too high 🙈
Hey! I have a question. How did you manage changing careers to marketing from psychology? Did you study something for it? Asking cause I also studied psychology and working in that field now but I'm not sure it's for me.
Hey, I never practiced Psychology. Do you live in the UK or US? Over here it honestly doesn’t matter what degree you have. It’s common for most people here not to practice what they study so it wasn’t particularly hard for me to go into marketing. The hardest part is finding a job straight out of university with limited experience (regardless of whatever you study) So I started out as an intern with a start up agency and worked my way up from there. The best way to get into anything is to get hands on experience. Hope this helps x
First of all: You were freaking gorgeous!
Great review. 👍🏾

Smells like bubblegum, marshmallows, fruity-pebbles.
I wear it and it’s a sweet gourmand scent bc it’s like a cake or desert creamy it’s stunning

I purchased it. to me it smells like an orange creamsicle lol
I wonder how this compares to the “extreme” version
It smells like cotton candy fragrance to me its not worth the money at all. But I do like it just mad I could of gotten it for like 3 dollars🤦🏾♀️

I hate bubblegummy smell in perfumes, maybe the coriander makes it bubblegummy
Smells like grand ma
Smells like cream soda. Not worth the price.
