Casi Joy did a great rendition of Patsy Cline's Blue, which is definitely country. She was marvelous. I think the next closest thing to country had to have been CCR's Midnight Special. As for the other three, they aren't anything near to country unless you sing them in the country far from civilization.
Regarding the song Blue - and the writer of the Song - According to his self-penned article for Truckers Connection, Mack reveals that his "most noteworthy inspirations [for creating compositions] have been a billboard and attempting to create note changes on a new guitar" in which he also states, Inevitably, I would be approached with the question, "What inspired you to write the song?" I wrote "Blue" while picking my new guitar in my home in Wichita Falls, Texas. I was creating some note changes on the guitar when the song entered my mind. Although I wasn't watching the clock, the melody and lyrics came to me in a completed form within 15 minutes. My wife at the time said, "That's the best song I've ever heard! You need to record it as soon as you can
Even the beginning of rock and roll came from upbeat bluegrass blues and folk original country rock and roll from the 50 s would be call your first upbeat country music
Btw people number four is Casi Joy covering Blue which was recorded by Leann Rhimes but written for the late great Patsy Kline. Thus making it the only country song in the mix.
I wonder when "the voice" will finally realize that their seats should just remain always stay towards the stage, because the new-come talent seems to be showing-up even all the Big-Stars these days.
Thank you for your kind words even though the title doesn't fit to the real meaning of the 'country music' but I made a KIDS VERSION but that time it is about CULTURE OF THEIR COUNTRY'S MUSIC :)

Blue was terrific. Written for Patsy Kline, but she was killed in the private plane crash and never sang it. It is LeAnn Rimes' song (written by Bill Mack).
Casi Joy, country delight. Reminds me of Patsy Cline. The best of the lot. The others are somewhat close to folk songs, but country? This Texan says no, just no
In the 50's a lot of the country sounded like what is now called Blugrass/Folk. I am old enough to remember Big Midnight Special & Man of Constant Sorrow on the Opry. That is country!
Have you thought about leveling the volume on all of the segments? I'll be listening to one audition and it sounds fine, then the next one will come on and blast my ears. I do enjoy watching the videos you put together.
That glance that Casi gave to her family was priceless!
The last two had impressive control AND range. Good stuff!
seriously though the last guy is fucking amazing could listen to him alllllll day everyday
Los mejores para mi, el primero, el que canto Midnight special y la mujer que canto Blue, la rompieron!!!!!!!!
That girl who sang Blue was amazing
LMAO - the look on Adam Levine's face when he has to turn around knowing Blake already did.
Priceless.
I liked the Aussie girl a lot. I liked that the judges liked her so much too.
The last guy was also amazing!
That last dude was crazy good
The one that sang let the midnight special its amazing when a person takes a great song and makes it his own

Casi Joy by a country mile, what a talented gal damn 🔥🔥what a hottie ❤❤🏴
I think Blake didn't turn around for Sawyer at first because he thought that Sawyer wanted him to turn around 😂
Bem isso kkkk
Sawyer is much more of a folk/Indie rock artist, IMHO.
The second girls reaction to all 4 turning was awesome
That Norwegian audition❣️ Awesome
Midnight Special. Great job.
Who remembers the old ones like fishing in the dark, Chattahoochee, and this cowboys hat
Absolutely 💯 Country
Big iron, el Paso, bury me tonight
What amazes me is, how does Casi Joy pull that tone, its like the vocal cords are being twisted like a body of a snake, ugh damn its so good.
Midnight special was awesome!
I'm not a country fan, but Casi made "Blue" VERY enjoyable.
if you liked that, you should watch chevel shepherds “Blue”!! she also performed it in the voice and it sounded really nice 😊
I new he was the winner when I heard him I called that one along time ago..
Same! Even my 16 year old son was amazed.
I thought number 3 was brilliant, nailed it IMO.
Right on brother
Casi Joy hands down! That gal can sing!
'The Best" is in the eyes of beholders. I won't even consider these 'the best'
Sawyer has good taste in hats and hairstyle
The first one is from another planet
That guy from The Voice Norway is ridiculously good !
The Norway guy is wow, plus the CCR hit!!!

Yeeeeaaaaahh, Matt Corby - Brother is country... about that...
"Blue" is the only one of these songs that is a Country song. Lol
Man of constant sorrow is most definitely a country song.
Jared J no it’s most definitely a bluegrass song
Do you know by who.?
Bryan way???
Do you know?
Recorded first by patsy cline.
Then leeanne rhimes.
oh my god..the aussie's female singer was so damn great..amasing voice..love it..
In the start of man in constant sorrow everyone turns except Blake immediatly
the song will be felt when driving out of town
The last one tho!😮 🎶
That girl who sang blue has the definition of voice control
I love country music thats all I gotta say
Sawyer is honnestly the best auditionner to ever win
2 Pop\Folks songs, 1 Pop\Rock song, 1 Country song, and 1 Indie\Rock song. Yup, those are Country singers.
Btw people number four is Casi Joy covering Blue which was recorded by Leann Rhimes but written for the late great Patsy Kline. Thus making it the only country song in the mix.
Written by willie Nelson
JBC_81 incorrect. Written and released by Bill Mack in 1958
Wrong, Big Midnight Special & Man of Constant Sorrow are country.
Great work
Thanks and have a good day. Any suggestions for the next video? :)
+mr honest Do you have suggestions for part 2?
Kelsie May Blind Audition from The Voice US, a few years ago. Or The Voice UK Stephanie Webber singing Mama's Broken Heart.
All fantastic.. and that song bird at the end....
The girl who sang blue should win
Hmmm I guess the country blew over my head. I heard classic rock 😂
Incroyable vraiment bon !!!
I wonder when "the voice" will finally realize that their seats should just remain always stay towards the stage, because the new-come talent seems to be showing-up even all the Big-Stars these days.
Not country, but good singers.
Blue is country the other ones I don’t know.
#1 & #4 were country songs. that is it
1:55 shes so adorable omgggg😍😂
The last one is best
Reaction at 7:16 is a classic :D It's like he's just come out of a trance :)
Thanks.
The 4th audition is DEFINITELY country
Guys country is a mix of bluegrass and folk you can add a little blue and bluegrass in the mix
Nice selection; very cultural, striking a deep chord in the judges from the various countries.
Thank you for your kind words even though the title doesn't fit to the real meaning of the 'country music' but I made a KIDS VERSION but that time it is about CULTURE OF THEIR COUNTRY'S MUSIC :)
And a man of constant sorrow. That's a Hank Williams song.
Love Casi Joy!!!! Pure, true Country!!!!!!!!!!!!! AMAZING!!!!!!!
great voice! thanks for sharing this.
Last one is genius
Excellent collection of songs!!!!!
Matt Corby says...you're welcome.
Alicia always turns around with passion, she judges through her feelings.

"Born and Raised" or that "Cow Bell sound" made Blake to turn? 😁😁
Sawyer : i am a man
Christina: what?😂
The read head just so amezing beutiful
The singers r great but the girl in the second video when the one judge smacked the button I wonder how many of those they has to replace lol
wow, the one that did blue sounded just like rhimes herself!
between 7.15 and 7.23 you can see entire history and world evolution
I love Blake 💕💕
7:13 Those facial expressions had me dead!
James Dixon cant stop laughing😂
Kevin Nowak it looks like the one dude was having a Vietnam flashback at first
Kristian Kristensen, is very good. I do like him.
and wow Seal looks like a beat up old catchers mitt
Reminds me of the lead singer from zoo army but when he was younger
1st one : what he was singing about? It doesn't make any sense to me! But it was unbelievable performance.
It's country music if you listen to it in the country. :P
Don't think that's how it works bud.
No, country music is Merle Haggard, Buck Owens, Glen Campbell
Michael Cousens Forgetting quite a few 😂
Zack Brown, George Strait, Garth Brooks, Brook and Dunn, Alan Jackson, just to name a few 😂
@@michaelcousens9120 Aaron Lewis, Aaron Tippin, Alabama, Hank Williams jr. George Strait, Craig Morgan, Justin Moore, Dan Seals, Randy Travis, Tracy Adkins,
Nope, you left off Jake Worthington, who won the voice! His rendition of Don't Close Your Eyes. It was spot on!!
Only song on the list, that's country is Blue
Well CCR is pushing it as southern country rock..
Blue was terrific. Written for Patsy Kline, but she was killed in the private plane crash and never sang it. It is LeAnn Rimes' song (written by Bill Mack).
None of these songs are country, Sawyer sings a Bluegrass song and the Credence Clearwater revival song is more southern rock but not country...
Joshua Raymond that's not folk or bluegrass. I live right in the heart of Kentucky and he doesn't sing like a folk artist.
ok cool, i don't listen to folk or bluegrass but thought it sounded similar my bad..
The Midnight Specal is an old prison song best version in my opinion was done by Leadbelly way back in the day CCR was just doing a cover of his song.
Actually Blue is a country song by leanne rhymes.
They are all subgenres of Country. With all due respect, Country is very inclusive. It can accommodate many folk music genres.
country or not Sawyer that was excellent
Casi Joy, country delight. Reminds me of Patsy Cline. The best of the lot. The others are somewhat close to folk songs, but country? This Texan says no, just no

Needed a Few Minutes to realise this comment is englisch
Great voice need to be on the Grand Ole Oprey
That second girl killed it
Bit of Country...bit of folk...bit of...whatever...who cares...Awesome mix BTW!!!
Never got the Sawyer Brown thing, but I guess I bunch of people did.
The last guy was wowww
Definitely not country music, but still good.
That little red head is 👍good
*waiting for the Best*
looks like the fields are empty

I do enjoy watching the videos you put together.
That Kristen was really good
When Casi Joy lost I knew something was wrong. Sometimes the big fish gets away.

My type of music
Music makes it better 😂
Mr Iceland is awesome!
