a little more attack speed from food. i wouldnt do it myself, not when the opportunity for 120 alchemy in this build would be perfect now that you can throw purps without unequiping. Also, Armslore would be good for less kiting. But, i think his intention was to get max DPS and Taste ID gives him the speed he needs.
5% food 15% focus 18% chiv = 38%. To get to the 65% cap you need 12% from Taste ID (or Cooking) and 15% from links. Swing speed increase scales exponentially so you need that setup to reach cap if you're not running Air aspect.
