Thank you very much. I love this type of format! It us entertaining and educational. We are looking to buy in Guimaraes. I will watch your Porto video, I hope it will cover Bonfim neighborhood. Thank you
Thank you. You got 2 of my places in looking at. I've been watching many vids to do research in preparing for our move but no one send to talk about bicycles... Access, parking, theft, etc... Any thoughts?
Yes there is every chance there could be a price correction in Portugal especially in places like Lisbon, Cascais and Estoril where property is very expensive.
Avo as an investment I would recommend Bulgaria in particular the cities of Sofia and Varna especially if you do not have a high budget, Of course there are many other good long term options such as Budapest and Bucharest.
Agreed! Unfortunately, the real estate agents/companies in Portugal should not list their high prices. I visited a few properties, and I told the agents that the locals (a lot of my Portuguese friends) can't afford this crazy price, they don't care. UGH!
Typical of Giorgio ! 👍
8 minutes packed of prime information all woven into an always enternaining video !
thanks for sharing.
Many thanks Didier. I hope you are doing well.

Which location in Europe would you choose as your number one choice, for investment and lifestyle?
Difficult as there are a lot of factors to take into consideration but two you may want to take into consideration are Kotor and Varna
Real estate speculation by foreigners is making impossible for locals to buy or rent a house
