Shanks vs kidd can be the next legend they did it with ace vs akainu they can also add a law and blackbeard legend both can be vs units tbh we only have 5 in the game so adding 2 more is high chance specially if it was fan favorite fight those 2 are difficult a fan favorite fights
They should introduce a new type of unit into the game; a rekt unit. Luffy vs. Bellamy, Shanks vs. Kid, Luffy vs. Charlos, Zoro vs. Monet. One half of the unit is top tier. Other has a 1X captain with no special.
I expect a solo legend shanks and a 6+ kid evolution

DD Shanks as a Super Sugofest and Dorry and Broggy as rare recruits. It would be fun to make some of Shanks fleet as rare recruits and make Dorry and Broggy as a Sugofest exclusive but that’s my guess

Once they chose the new Yonko theme for the 10th anni, they couldn't *not* use Shanks there.
I also think uou give Bandai too much credit for forward planning. All evidence seems to suggest they have no real plans for the game and are stuck in cruise control

They make g5 from lucci fight already as an f2p unit that you need to super evolve from egghead int luffy
