A capsule wardrobe doesn't have to only be black, white, and grey! I've created a 10 piece mini capsule wardrobe from my current wardrobe that includes some of my favorite colors and patterns this season. I hope this video gives you some inspiration and shows that you don't need a lot of clothes to make stylish looks.

No black, no white, no grey, at least ! I really like your taste for matching colors. Congratulations.
Finally a capsule with color. Love it 😍
One of the best capsule wardrobe I have seen.
Don't forget to wear a smile ❤️
I would like to see a summer capsule with shorts and layering pieces for 90 degree weather.
Anyone else getting big Donna vibes from That 70 Show. ❤️
Thank you for doing this with color. I’m so happy.
Love what you’ve done here! I’m trying to declutter because lately I feel weighed down by all of my stuff 😩 Also maybe it’s just my luck but every Uniqlo piece I’ve purchased barely lasts beyond a year. I don’t buy Uniqlo or GU anymore, even thrifted (I live in Japan for reference so I have purchased a lot of Uniqlo!).
This is a good choice for travel/holiday
this seems super versatile, im going to try it 🖤
Love this capsule!
I love every piece of this capsule. The problem I’m having lately is every time I thrift some thing within two weeks there’s a hole in the item I just don’t feel the quality of the thrift store near me is worth it because I’m not able to keep these items for very long. Wondering if I should just buy new at this point so the clothes last
Quality over quantity! I don't shop at Goodwill because all of the clothing I find is really worn and I know won't last long in my wardrobe. I do all of my thrifting at a resale store near my house and find pieces that have never been worn or are like new. Buying less and keeping things longer is the best way to reduce clothing waste in my opinion. Shop second hand when you can but buy new if it is something that is a staple that will last a long time in your wardrobe.
Love your looks! Very fun and versatile capsule 😊
Very nice choices!
A puffer coat is outerwear, and you don't wear it inside, so I wouldn't count it. I even live in Canada and keep my house cold and I would not wear it inside.
Hi Emma, I love your selection! I am starting to reduce my wardrobe and I have basically two problems: first, I have too many facets of my life. In my office, formal wear is a must, but then I enjoy trekking in the weekend, and I need old clothes to volunteer in, and sometimes I want to wear pretty, floral feminine clothes. Second, while some overlapping in the clothes category exists, the shoes drive me crazy... I tried putting all of them away except two pairs and see how many I actually use/need, but in a month I was up to 8... 8! Any suggestions to improve this?
Isabella Cavaliere First off! The important thing is that are working toward reducing and simplifying your wardrobe. A capsule wardrobe isn’t about a number so while 30 pieces might work well for me, it might not work for you. The best thing that you can do is to have mix and match pieces that can go from work to play. Make sure that you have great staples in neutral colors. A great pair of jeans, trousers, a few work blouses, etc. Then feel free to sprinkle in those more trendy or stylized pieces. A feminine floral top or dress for example. Also, be sure to keep your “wardrobes” separate. Have a place to keep your lounge wear/old clothes so that you can keep your wardrobe less cluttered. I have my “actor wardrobe” with audition dresses and rehearsal clothes in the back of my closet because they aren’t pieces I wear often. Keep things versatile and every so often elevate your wardrobe to see if there are any pieces that you can get rid of and you will get there! Let me know if that makes sense! 🤗
@@DaisyGalStyling Wow, your suggestion is a real surprise! My idea was to keep everything together to "see" at a glance how much I have. I do not want to have a huge pile of clothes hidden in the back, but at least for the old clothes it sounds actually reasonable, given they are never going to mix with anything else ;-) I will surely try it!!!
The fewer the pieces, the faster they wear out. Wash day must come fast. You need more than one pair of shoes. It is best to let shoes breath one day between wearing. Common sense went out the window this these micro-wardrobes.
Ann Thank you for sharing! I just wanted to clarify that this isn’t my entire wardrobe. I have a more standard capsule wardrobe that is around 36 pieces. This video was meant as inspiration to show how creative you can be with only 10 pieces. A capsule wardrobe might not be for everyone, but with one, I’ve learned to buy less, stress less, and care for the few pieces I do own. To each is his own! Thanks for watching! 🤗
