I recently discovered the wedge system, before I used a vertical Cft, gave me many overheating problems, now I use a large plastic box, inside which, I apply the wedge system, I find it really much easier to manage.
Very informative, ive started a compost bin with worms and I’m really concerned about how the weather in the summer will affect them. . Thank u for explaining the process with the hows and whys..
I dont mean to be so offtopic but does anybody know a method to log back into an instagram account..? I was dumb forgot my password. I would appreciate any tricks you can give me
@Miles Conrad thanks so much for your reply. I got to the site on google and Im in the hacking process now. I see it takes a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
awesome talk!! you definitely know what youre talking about. I know you were talking to kids but I wish you elaborated on what you exactly give to provide more of a fungal balanced worm compost. Now, I will have to google it instead ha ha!
What a cool school trip (I'm assuming that's what it was)! As I just started worm farming at home 4 months ago, I'm hoping more people learn about this. It's great to see yet another commercial scale farm. I have not seen this wedge method before, that's really cool. Thanks so much for sharing!
Probably a stupid question, but if u did this on soil I'm assuming alot of your worms will disappear? I don't own the land, so pouring a slab isn't an option for me. Any ideas. Thx.

I really love what you are all doing. Keep up the good work.
Do your castings come with any cocoons ,?
Where can we buy some of your castings and compost?

Ours are on soil. The worms don’t burrow
this is really great thank you !
Hi great lesson ! am wondering if any problems with rats and rats eating the worms ? thanks !
It is a regular problem for us. We trap them as best we can.
@CatFishesCatfishingCatfish really, none. The birds eat a few, but not enough to worry about. Other than that, just rats.
what are you feeding your worms?
compost
Good info

Hopefully, sometimes in the last three years, the kid has figured out you were pulling his leg about the "pregnant worm."
