The roofs repairs were very time consuming to do. Very basically, I used Place Everywhere to enlarge the barn roofs and enough so that they would fit over the existing roofs (about 200% IIRC). Some were more complicated than others because of the different angles of the roofs. For the walls and windows, I resized them with Place Everywhere and positioned them in place. For the bridge, I also used Place Everywhere to change the angle of the barn floors so that they could be placed over the broken bridge. Place Everywhere also allows you to build outside of the settlement boundaries so I was able to fix the entire bridge. Although the roof repairs are tedious - I might be able to make a video showing how to repair one of the easier houses (after the mods that I use are updated to work with the new FO4 update).

Hercules melody? Sounds like it
The music is from the YT audio library - American Frontiers by Aaron Kenny. It is definitely a Herculean task to fix up Sanctuary!
