@@natachalada Yes that's correct. In general prices in dollars in mexico are set for turist therefore slightly overpriced. Locals do their shopping in pesos.
Yes the resort is quite big but it should not put you off staying there. There is a hotel run shuttle bus system that takes you from the lobby to the pools and closer to the beach but I've never used it. The gardens are very mature and beautiful so walking down the paths and main promenade is a very pleasant experience.

Thanks very much. I believe that pesos being Mexican currency are preferred then dollars and euros. Hope this helps 👍
