Wayfaring Stranger. The song that got me interested in learning the Ukulele. Great Lesson and one that I will refer to often, as I progress up the ladder. Your Mum picked well with the new shirt. She has good taste and it suits you.

New song to me, very enjoyable. Nice to see detailed demo on various techniques. I’m celebrating this week because I’m finally hitting that B Flat more often than not.

That's great Lucy!! I added one more tip for Bb in my reply to Mike Brown's comment that may also be helpful re: putting the head of the instrument further away from your shoulder. Have Fun!!

A cool song with nice embellishments. Great tips for B flat which is always a hit and miss. Thanks so much, Kelly.

Hey Mike! Another tip for the Bb is to angle the neck of the uke away from your body a bit more (45° or so). ie have the head of the uke out about 18" away from your left shoulder while the body of the uke is touching your right hip. I find this gives me more room to maneuver my left hand into position. Having the head of the instrument too close to the left shoulder (for me) tends to cramp the space I need for my left hand.

@bonniedavidson936 sorry - I had my videos confused. That one in this video is solid cedar top with ebony back and sides. The TK-20 I played for freight train on Ukulele Day was the mahogany one.
