    Fat loss is mainly about diet. Exercise is for fitness. If you want to lose fat then you need to be in caloric deficit so your body has a need to actually burn fat. It's very simple. You can lose fat by eating McDonalds if you wanted to (one guy even proved this) as long as you stay in caloric deficit.
