Grim Cist was formed in early 1994. Its founder was Tickich. At first he played as a bassist and vocalist. The drummer of this band was a guy with alias Cannibal, who previously played guitar in the grindcore project Carfagen. About a month later, Talana, the guitarist and vocalist of Abscess, left the band to join Grim Cist.
The material was already available and the band performed at a rock fest in the second half of January 1994 at the Polytechnic College in Abakan.
Closer to spring the band recorded a 30-minutes long demo "Follow The Remains" consisting of four tracks. But according to the band's guitarist Evgeny Talanov (Talana), the quality of the recording left much to be desired and the teamwork among the musicians was still not at a very good level. After that there was one unsuccessful session. In June of the same year, bassist Sergei "Boroda" joined, and the lineup looked like this:
Tickich - main & back vocal / guitar;
Talana - back vocal / guitar;
Boroda - back vocal / bass;
Cannibal - drums.
By the end of 1994, the result of creativity was a product recorded on Sladge Hammer Records studio, famous in local rock circles. The record had 11 tracks and consisted of two parts: "Foreboding Of Gods Obsiquies" and "Incurable Agonizing I'll Of Soul" demos.

Really good demo sound. Great compositions!!! Reminds me very much of band Hellbastard (1988) from England.
