If you win a multi-million or multi-billion dollar Lottery Jackpot you have enough money to hire Security Guards if you're afraid for your life! That anonymity clause was to give the Politician's the Jackpot! I can't believe I'm the only one who figured this out, maybe not!
I'm starting to believe winners are picked by the amount of money each state has pooled into the game. I don't think it's a coincidence most states who win are also states who have large amounts of money that has went into the game. Again I know that probably increases the probability but I do find it interesting nevertheless
