If you watch the video in 480p or lower, it will only play at 30fps instead of the 60fps that it's supposed to be in. Your phone's screen probably just doesn't have a high enough resolution to play RUclips videos in 720p.

The only problem I see with the RePoop concept is that with each generation the visual quality will deteriotare due to RUclips's very lossy video compression. In gen. 10 oldest clips would be unwatchable, unless everyone uploads in 4K or higher to make YT give it more bitrate. A solution would be to have this original and each RePoop provide a downloadable near-lossless version (for example H.264 CRF 16) that editors can use instead. This would help minimize the generation quality loss.
