Eric.Yours beats have put me to sleep many nights. ( Well mornings) I've worked 3rd shift for over, 9.5 years and I usually sleep during the day. I had to figure out what to wear for Headphones, so I eventually got 3M WorkTunes Connect and got some faux fur fleece to use for the inserts to make them comfortable on my ears. I also changed out the headband for comfort... Now I have no problem, or very little of it .. listening to your videos and getting some sleep. I'm not an extreme insomniac, but there are time I get very little sleep. The right low profile Headphones which ought to be Earmuffs... Can do wonders. It's better than earbuds , in my opinion, but some may want to go with the wrap around, yet you won't get the hi fi quality and stereo you get with Binaural/stereo/ hi fi... covering the ears quality. They can be found in the tool section in Walmart. The gel ear cushions on them plus headband wrap can be found on amazon and the faux fur fleece can be found in the ladies section in ear warmers and beanie caps in Walmart. Comfort help the Binaural beats do their magic... Giving a good night's rest to those of us , who can't get one.
