Ok Ok, so fuser is a version of Neutron 3/4, I would say if you can get Neutron do it! pending on price, but dang great option for cheap! Dynamic eq is HIGHLY used in my productions so I think this is a great thing for new producers to understand what the issues are and where the clashing begins, I really enjoy Neutron 4, and hoping they include the new features in OZONE 11, into Neutron someday, the transient/sustain eq option for dynamics IS TIGHT!
