I know Burnout Paradise shared the same sound banks as the classic Black Box NFS games (UG-UC, 2003-2008) but damn, the folks at Criterion Games at the time were just the better sound design by comparison😳 Like, they actually managed to make **every** single car sounds distinctive between one and another, even when they're recycling the same samples one way or another because most average people won't be able to tell right away it's the exact same recording!
