Navigating the professional workplace when confronted with unfair or potentially illegal barriers due to race, gender, religion, ethnicity, or disability can be intimidating. This event brings together AU Career Center leadership SOC Alumni (below) with experience working in multiple industries and expertise in a variety of topics such as overcoming Imposter Syndrome, balancing one's authentic self and professional identity, and being or finding an Ally in the office.
