a new thing - if there is black stuff on spike don't diffuse you'll die but if it's half try ur luck

@@ashketchumvalorant5476 if there’s black stuff there might be a chance to full defuse, you’ll either be left with a fraction of a second left or a fraction of a second away from defusing. This is only if you defuse right when the black stuff starts appearing

yes its very easy when its relative to each other. It will be next to impossible when you only heard one and have to make a decision based on only hearing 1 unless you have perfect pitch.

This is why I'm gonna start just playing with my teammates muted. I'll be able to hear the game so I can actually clutch rounds instead of hearing ,"HES DIFFUSING PUSH HIM" Or the normal "I Think hes garage" when the enemy is actually like Long.

If it helps, try comparing the pitch of the bomb (beeping sound) to the pitch of the defuse to more easily tell the difference.
In music terms, the full defuse makes a Major 3rd -- the half defuse makes a Major 2nd.
