These parents are genuine and they help parents of children with autism like myself. They stick their neck out for us to be helpful. Our autistic daughter loves watching Abby and she feels less alone knowing that Abby is there. Don’t let anyone get you down, Asa and Priscilla!
As someone who came across your channel years ago with little knowledge of autism, I’ve grown to be that “entertainment” viewer while learning all at the same time. I live away from my family and y’all have become my second family over the years, as crazy as that sounds. Will still continue to support and watch every video no matter the format change. Your videos bring me comfort, education, laughs and consistency and I can’t thank you enough for that. I have a whole new compassion for others bc of you all. Know that your work doesn’t go unnoticed!
I'm not one to leave a comment on the channels I watch but I just wanted to say that your family is amazing. Everything you show has given me a better understanding of autism and you have raised such great children.
Honestly your Channel teaches so much when u are “just talking” because you tell us real life things. And when Abbie pops in even just for a second it’s amazing to watch her “just talk” to you as well.
I definitely understand about needing to change things up. I'm in the process of doing the same with my channel. But I love all of your videos! It doesn't matter if you're "just talking" or if you're showing all of the things about taking care of Abbie, or whatever. Just here to support you and your journey!
yah what she said! Lol! no Asa. You gotta do what feels right for you guys! If you feel you should focus on quality autism educational videoes That's Exactly what you should do! You guys are Awesome educaters and That's what we need in the world as well as our society. I'm gonna watch and support you guys regardless! Big hugs for you, Cilla, Abbie, Summer, Becka, Isiah and the dogs and the cat and the turtle!
I’m a Self-Contained ESE teacher where you all live and I can’t thank you enough for the information that you share! I was able to take the knowledge that you have shared and apply it to my students to help their family. The activities that you do with Abbie are some that I have adopted into my classroom. Thank you for giving me a reason to get through college and become the teacher that I am today!
Thank you for being a teacher who CARES about our kids with autism. We NEED more of you out there ❤️ If we did, I wouldn’t be homeschooling after three different schools who didn’t want to be bothered with our autistic daughter. I admire and appreciate you!
you guys opened my eyes to autism and after watching i started noticing traits of autism in myself and actually got diagnosed in November. i was 24. i didn't know my whole life why i was the way i am and you helped me figure myself out a little more. btw i also fangirled when you liked my comment one time because i became an aunt and i talked about it for 5 days straight.. so thank you!!!
You guys do what you need and feel you must do. I want to say that as a fellow autism parent I thank and love you for bringing the awareness. It's so important! Finding the squad helped us find out our son was autistic that I can't thank you for it's too big. At his new school he is thriving ♥️
Thank you for vlogging. I don't have kids nor do I have anyone in my family with autism but I love to watch your family. Thank you for putting your lives out there for all of us the enjoy. You have taught me so much. Thank you.
I'm so proud of you guys. When I was in a lot worse shape my mom didn't even know if I would graduate high school and imagine she wondered who would take care of me if she died. Awareness is way more important than anything.
Keep your family safe! I watch the videos not only to learn something I don’t know much about but to watch the family dynamic of love and respect. It shouldn’t matter the content you make as long as you’re happy! Keep doing what you need to do! Us long term watches will be by your side!
Look.....Some people tend to forget that you are "real" people with "real" lives and have "real" feelings. You DON'T need to tell us about everything that's going on in your lives. Some things just need to be private memories or like you said, to keep everyone safe. I personally wouldn't tell people when your going to be away from home. If you want to share that, do it once you're back at home. Stay safe! Stay positive! Stay real! and it's YOUR channel so....you do you. hahaha
Being a single mom of an autistic child I appreciate your channel sooooooooooooooo much!!! I have learned a lot from you guys. So thank you!!! 💞 No your day to day life is none of our business!!! But I love what you do share with us!!!
It can be so lonely when you don’t have or know how to get the support you need for your child. You provide hope and encouragement and it is appreciated! Thanks for sharing your experiences and knowledge with us!
I love how Abbie, Summer and Becca do the girl time thing. Summer and Becca are really allowing Abbie to experience some of the teenage girl things that we all did. I think it’s so beautiful when you can accept your friends in the moments where they are, true friendship
I am so thankful for your channel. I teach special education, so being able to watch your videos with my son to help learn about different abilities is such a gift, especially since he is getting ready to start school. It's already helped how he interacts with some of my friends children who are autistic. You truly are a blessing to us.
I really like the parts where you show the ways you help Abby access the world and navigate. Like that you tie her hair up in a way that keeps it out of her mouth, or anchoring decorations up high so she can't reach them, or how you help her calm down in a new place.
Hi! You may not see this comment, but I am from England, your videos come out at 11pm here. I wait up every night to watch you! I am not autistic, I don't personally know anyone autistic and I don't work with autistic people. If there is education/a lesson in your video, great, but I just fell in love with your family and your family vlogging! I dont love your videos because Abbie has autism. I love your videos because I love your family and daily life!!!
@@crystalllllll how they could have heard someone else watching a video or there could have been a person with autism with the same stem there and what may have annoyed them in the past brought more of a smile because they thought of the videos they watch with Abby in them. Isn't that what they are trying to teach with doing their videos. Tolerance and acceptance.
I have to tell you my story from today. My neices who are 8 and 4 love your videos. We went to dinner and the girl behind us was making load noises like Sandy does. My neice walked over and said does she goto school with Abby. I had to tell the mother what she was talking about. The mother thought it was so cute. My neices sat in the booth and played puzzles with the girl and the mother was impressed that they were not afraid of the girl and her noises
I originally started watching your channel to learn about autism. I didn’t have anyone I know that has it, I just wanted to learn and be more aware. I love your video, old, new & whatever is to come :) my best friend now is going through her son being diagnosed. Luckily I have been able to use what I have learnt from you, to help her. I look forward to learning some more! ❤️❤️
The one thing that I love about your channel is that with the pandemic it’s nice to see what others are doing. I love seeing what the family does, because you guys are helping me learn more about myself. This helps me better myself in many ways.
Technically, my status relative to Autism is entertainment. I love the educational input from you both. I also watch for the joy I receive from watching you each individually and as family grow. Your enjoyment of life is contagious! Keep on keepin on!
With being a mom with a high functional autism son, and an aunt of a niece that is high and an another niece that has autism but is delayed with a lot of things, i understand . and I just want to say yall have helped me understand autism to be able to try different things that will help with both my son and my nieces. Yall are awesome. And sooo love Miss Abbie!!!!
Your day to day life as a family with a beautiful Autistic child is an education in itself.... You are so right to keep your private life private.... The awareness you have & continue to create is. Fantastic & so helpful in so many ways not just to families with a child on the spectrum but to the general public awareness breeds acceptance
From someone that doesn't have an autistic child, or anyone in my family that has been diagnosed with autism...I'd just like to say that I love when you guys sit and talk, bounce off each other, and get deep into conversations about Abbie, her diagnosis, treatments, learning, etc. I feel like I learn so much from those as well. Yes, I love the "entertainment" aspect of the channel, but some of my favorite vlogs are the ones with you standing around discussing stuff.
It is DEVASTATING that we live in a world that somone would have hate and go after a complete stranger that is literally just minding their business and spreading awareness. Just like anything else on whatever platform, guess what, they can simply just not watch if it's not their thing! I just can't imagine being someone with that kind of hate inside. Heartbreaking. Every day this world breaks my heart a little more..
Appreciate your concerns. I’ve been here for the vlog content so I might unsub but I very much appreciate you guys and I’ve gotten so much enjoyment and I wish you guys the best. Thanks.
Asa and Priscilla, I started watched over a year ago, and I have been enlightened and educated by what what autism is in general. I have been surprised, in myself, how I have learned specifics and can see others in my community who live with autism and how I can advocate for them. I listened to what you said about the changes you are making, and I look forward to watching the growth that Abbie (and her wonderful parents) make in this next chapter. I personally am not going anywhere. Please keep sharing your truth so that we in your community can be “kind to our neighbours” (everyone we meet on the street). Hello from across the border to the North!
You videos help me understand a lot more about autism. I have two nieces that have been diagnosed with it and your videos on nonverbal autism have not only help me but my sister and brother-in-law as well. Thank you for the time you spend on them!
I found you guys through Lauren Brazey, and I was there for Keto. I knew zero about Autism before coming to check y’all out. I’m going on my 3rd year and I don’t miss a single video. ❤️🇺🇸💋🧚🏻♀️
I appreciate the time and information you guys put out about autism, Abbie just makes it so heart felt and cute for me . Every day is different from the next , I understand your message
Your channel is my #1 favorite, and I don’t even know anybody with autism! I do however have a daughter with generalized anxiety disorder and I find your content has helped me in so many ways to help my daughter live her best life! So just know that along with bringing awareness to Autism, you also help with parenting in general. Your family has taught me that patience is so so important when my child is struggling instead of escalating the situation by me getting upset with her. You taught me that...not her therapist...not her doctors...you. Thank you!
I like your podcasts. Also, I like when you put music to skateboarding or baseball, or drone views, or beach and family scenes, kind of artsy. And I like Priscilla's "Are you so excited?" :) I hadn't watched for awhile but fun to check in again.
I am so sorry that there are sick people out there that actually track your families every move. This is so crazy that those sicko’s actually exist. 😢 I have been enjoying your channel for about three or four years now ♥️💕🌞
I would totally miss your channel if you only posted once a week, I love the information you all put out there & that we get to see Abbie grow each time, & summer & becca’s progress as they grow as well-you guys too!!! & absolutely you all need to be safe from the creeper joes out there
I have been watching since before 100K I have learned A WHOLE LOT!!! I knew about ASD before hand but I have learned more about non verbal ASD. That is why I try to support you guys on patrion.
So glad to hear about the changes! I love watching no matter what but my whole reason for starting to watch was because I have a non verbal daughter with autism who is so much like Abby that it's almost creepy. It's so comforting to know there are others out there that get it and feel the way I feel. So I am one of the one's who appreciate the talky talky stuff! Thank you for all you do!
I think you guys teach more than autism. You teach team work, family values, how to be charitable, and most important understanding! You guys got me through cancer, and I am not done learning yet! Not going anywhere!
I work at an airport, & what I learn from you guys helps me do my job better & help people & families with Autism have a better experience at an airport
Guys...my 2 year old grand niece was recently diagnosed with non-verbal autism. I have learned more from this channel I could learn anywhere else because this is real time life with you guys. Thank you for doing what you do, can’t really put a price on it❤️
I just watch for entertainment, and your videos always put a smile on my face! I look forward to ALL your videos, and the ones more autism parent related I find super interesting and informative, and i genuinely belive these videos have made me a better, more understanding person. I love yall, and I love seeing abby do new things.
You and your family's safety is the most important. I had a stalker who lived near me and it was horrid. Thank you so much for the videos you share, I have learned so much! Many hugs and blessings to your family! 💗
I have watched your channel for several years now back when Abby was quite young and seeing the progression of what she was like when I first started watching and a few of the clips that I had watched from before that to now is amazing. Watching the day today and how she learns and changes is insightful. Just the difference in the last year where she got the colored peg toys and she had difficulty with them to begin with and how easily she does them now; how she can help set the table, doing certain chores more than just the vacuuming etc. I believe it gives hope and insight to other families with autistic or learning disabled individuals.
Thank you guys for your transparency!! I'm going to watch you regardless because I've become invested in this and sharing what I can about autism! I've got 2 nephews that are autistic and a step son!! It's imperative that as many people as possible are reached!! Love you guys!!!
I’ll be right here.... what ever you need to do to feel passionate about your channel, go ahead and do it. I truly love your channel. I will miss what ever you decide to keep to yourselves... but I’ll be here.
I love ALL your content. I didn’t know much at all about Autism when I found you guys. You have taught me SO much and i have loved watchtyour whole family grow up and see all the accomplishments Abbie has done through the years.
I am subscribed, so unless this platform goes away, I will be notified when you put up new posts. Take your time going or fading in & fading out - whatever you need to do to take care of you & Cilla & Abbie.
You guys are family. You've made all of us a part of your family. I know coming up with content is tough, but you do it. You all work so hard and let's face it...you spoil us with dailies. HAHA! Do what you need to do and we will support your decision and your mission! Thank you!
Wow you explained it all so well i feel like i wouldn't be able to put it into words well enough. I usually watch you guys for entertainment when i'm having my first cup of coffee for the day but i also get educated on Autism so it's a win win. When you have longer clips of you talking i just consider it a short podcast so i can move around and listen at the same time. Totally respect what you are doing
My clients both have nonverbal autism and are around Abbie's age. Your channel has been so informative for me helping me be a more aware and supportive respite provider! Thank you! 🤗
I’m one of the people who fast forwards to the autism informational content. I actually really enjoy your daily life stuff too just because it reminds me that daily life still happens with autism. Life goes on with and without autism but it’s nice to see someone else’s version of making it day to day but I do find the most value in autism specific content. You make a difference there 100% so I get it. Make the changes you guys need to make. It feels right for you guys. Do you.
I'm over in the UK and stumbled across a video of yours and I couldn't stop watching and haven't stopped 2 year's later. I have nephews with autism they are my world. You have to take time for you guys as a family and individuals ❤ you do an absolute amazing job and I love all of you and thank you so much for sharing youre videos.
You need to do what best for your family! I learn from you all the time even if my daughter is high functioning and she may go to college. I still learn.
I love this video so much. I found your channel close to three years ago when my girl was first diagnosed with autism at 3. Your videos have brought me so much comfort in those early dark days. Especially the love Isaiah has for Abby has brought me so much tears since I also have a neurotypical older son. My son and I used to watch your videos together. But I have to admit that I have not following your videos as religiously as before coz I feel the nature of the vlogs have shifted a bit from autism awareness. This is my first one posting on your video but I really want to say thank you and bring awareness to autism!
Do what you have to do to protect yourselves and your privacy. I've always loved that you manage to balance entertainment and education. In so many ways, your life with Abbie is just like ours, until it isn't, and we see both. I don't follow because I think of your content like a tv show, but because I actually care about you as humans and I'm curious what you're up to. When the vlog is late, I don't think "Where is my content?" I think "Oh, no what happened, hope they're okay!" Not to mention, Abbie's smile has the ability to turn my whole day around.
3 papers to do for school. Can't get into the site to access 1 part that I really needed. Finished 1st paper - did 4 pages, yesterday in early am. Did 3/4 of 2nd one this am. Had to stop. 3 papers DUE @ 2:59 AM - TODAY... 16 minutes.. and I Finished 1!! Submitted 2, but only 1 is done ... Just started classes and I've CRIED every day since 😱😫😰😭 Need me some Abbie and Summer💖💋 and Miss Summer, YOU are stillll a BEAUTY!! Love ya💋💕
I love just watching Abbie learn and grow. It’s so amazing to even just watch her put the pegs in her hedgehog toy, or match colors. Over the summer I loved the videos of her doing her table tasks. It’s so amazing to watch her be able to prove to people she can and does learn and she is so smart!
As a parent of a nonverbal autistic little boy your vlogs have really been a lifeline for me. It helps me not feel so alone. It’s also let me show my younger son that their are other kids (even big kids and adults) like his brother so he doesn’t feel as lonely. We are in California and everything is still shut down and we are very isolated, but you guys have helped us a ton with that. Plus the tips and ideas you guys have shared have been life savers (literally with the racing harness).
Another channel I watch puts up videos once a week now that cover all of what happened the previous week. They did it for safety and privacy reasons and the content is still great. Whatever you need to do for yourself comes first. Pretty sure we'll all still be here. :)
The “ what happens when we die” video was such an important one. 🙏🏼
These parents are genuine and they help parents of children with autism like myself. They stick their neck out for us to be helpful. Our autistic daughter loves watching Abby and she feels less alone knowing that Abby is there. Don’t let anyone get you down, Asa and Priscilla!
Y’all will still be one of our favorites no matter what you post. Thank you for including us in your lives!

I don't view this thus vlog as entertainment. As a retired teacher the autism arena is interesting but i still enjoy every episode.

Yes!! Exactly!!
I’ve had stuff lately. Haven’t been watching as often. You do what sparks your joy.
No apologies necessary. You guys are awesome! Thanks for sharing your family with us.😀

I came to your channel for the education, tips, tricks etc. I viewed the "extra" as a bonus. I sincerely appreciate all of it!!
I'm here for all the content. I will always watch every minute. Y'all have taught me so much over the years.
I was at the hospital and I heard a yell. It sounded just like Abby and I smiled. She brings endless joy

You almost influenced me to get my hair cut... almost. Googled old school barbers, that’s as far as I got.
Now that is FUNNY!!! You need a hair cut!!! LOL
But, but... you guys are (air quotes) "influencers". Sure you're almost influencing me to grow a beard. And I'm a woman. 🤭

I have even more respect for y'all!!
“ you don’t even have curly hair, why are you using a curling iron? because i want to. “
I LOVE! watching your videos!
Next month we have an appointment at Shands in Gainesville (We live in Florida too
I love that you are returning to your mission.
Thank you for doing what you do, can’t really put a price on it❤️
I have no idea what you are changing and I listened to the whole conversation. Anyone else?
Pretty much wanting to do more educational videos and less of the personal "this is what we did today" kind of videos.
Love the Christmas music Abbie! I'm still listening to it as well!
Please keep what you doing
I've been watching since the beginning ! I've learned so much from you guys and can't wait to see what the future brings for your channel !
I just watch for entertainment, and your videos always put a smile on my face! I look forward to ALL your videos, and the ones more autism parent related I find super interesting and informative, and i genuinely belive these videos have made me a better, more understanding person. I love yall, and I love seeing abby do new things.
I love your videos. I’ve learned a lot of things I didn’t realize I needed to learn but am glad I did. It’s actually helped in a way. Thankyou
You and your family's safety is the most important. I had a stalker who lived near me and it was horrid. Thank you so much for the videos you share, I have learned so much! Many hugs and blessings to your family! 💗
I have been watching your channel since before you had 1000 subscribers. I'm not going any where. Every family goes through change.
You guys do a great job explaining Autism is a Spectrum. A vast one!
I’ll be right here.... what ever you need to do to feel passionate about your channel, go ahead and do it. I truly love your channel. I will miss what ever you decide to keep to yourselves... but I’ll be here.
As much as i love the entertainment value of your family i have learned so much from you as well. I love to hear you are doing what makes you happy!!!
Thank you! 🤗
Love watching you guys. Glad you are taking precautions to keep you and your family safe.
Also I had no idea about autism y’all have taught me so much in the year I started following y’all! So interesting!
You guys are so strong. Keep on! Love Abbie
Love how far Abby can do thing! It makes me happy seeing what she can do in a day! Way to Abby.
I can't wait for 5 PM everyday love your videos please don't cut back more I'm still looking on Mondays forgetting you don't do them anymore.
I have autism, niece dose, nephew dose, bro in law dose n we all have different needs, being able to watch n learn is amazing x
I think seeing Abby in day to day life....is awareness. I love those videos.
Her smile is the sweetest!!
Love ya💋💕
Summer how old are you
@@travoncartha5696 I think she's said she was 22, going to be 23 this year 2021. Love ❣️ me some Summer 💞
I look forward to seeing your videos everyday. Love y'all.
love watching abbie grow
I look forward to your videos everyday. You have gave me strength to speak up about my disabilities
Another channel I watch puts up videos once a week now that cover all of what happened the previous week. They did it for safety and privacy reasons and the content is still great. Whatever you need to do for yourself comes first. Pretty sure we'll all still be here. :)
