Hey, if you use Elmer's or tacky glue instead of hot glue and save the hot glue for the edges, the end result comes out smoother in texture and you have more time to work with it.
Not hating, but not all therians wear/have gear! Anyone can buy these masks and they can just be used for crafts! Not just for therians and connecting with therotypes:)

Yesss anyone can do quads!! And I get the masks on amazon for about 12 dollars for a pack of them and felt I get at any craft store but hobby lobby has it for really cheap!
I brought my masks in party city for a dollar but in hobby lobby there’s a pack of 5 I think for 2 dollars (idk if that’s in all hobby lobby’s or just mine lmao)

I’m going to hopefully be making a sea wolf mask soon enough, so this will really help! Especially with the muzzle and felting. I’ve done long ears once before, but it’s still hard. This has helped a lot!

I just made a mask and I didn’t know how to color my white felt so I used watercolor. It actually worked pretty well but it made my mask base a bit soggy lol.

I plan to color my mask with either markers or watered down paint. The reason I plan to water down the paint is because not only it's easier to do gradients and stuff, but it doesn't make the fabric all crunchy with the acrylic paint.

tip: DO NOT cut big pieces when folding the felt down! cut smaller pieces, this will give you more flexibility with where the felt is glued down.

I personally perfer to take one big piece of filt instead of 3 pieces, because you wont see the lines in between!
