Mcatee will go somewhere like Brighton Brentford or west ham on loan but said it a few times I think we will see him in our shirt at some point in his career maybe 10 years or so but got a feeling it's not last time we will see him
Its going to be a tough summer. There are many players out of contract who in an ideal world we would extend, but injury proneness or wage demands mean really we should cut our losses and try to bring in replacements or use the kids.
Amissa did get at least one first team appearance for the blades and looked 👍

@@SheffUnitedWay most would say bye to all of them, but keeping some experience and utility is good for a squad. I would love to see a whole host of fresh players ready to fight for the red and white. If we do too much without the correct planning we can plummet though. We have had too many players over the last 2-3 years who have stolen a wage. The injuries this season needs an investigation and the scouting department needs refreshing. UTB. I’ve never been so uninterested in a season this much before, even back in league 1 was more competitive.

The most depressing thought is: If NO contracts are renewed, it doesn't adversely affect us and we can replace all of them easily with players of similar or better quality, which is where I think CW is going with possibly a couple of exceptions. I'd keep Baldock and Egan

I called McBurnie to Rangers about 2 years ago (when everybody was running contracts down and Lundstram had left a bitter taste in the mouth) do Rangers want him who knows?
Keep Baldock, Bogle & Osborn the rest can go, sorry guys it's a business. Ahmedhodzic hasn't done enough to catch anybody's eye and Hamer is the only other player of value; do we get £20m back for Archer? I'd take him on a load to buy- so the opposite of what we have now but not sure Wilder sees him as that good. After that we're going to need to pick up some cheap players as I'm sure The Prince doesn't want to get back in the Do or Die scenario.
Realistically, I think Oz and Egan sign new deals and the rest of the out of contract lot leave. Norwood might fancy an MLS stint. Five Prem loans plus Sorba Thomas in the summer if the fax machine int broken. Need to bounce straight back up.

Amissah - Keep & loan (or give him ALL the cup games)
Wes - up to him. Stay if he's happy to be 2, go if he isn't.
Bash - if he stays on as player coach and does his badges while he's here, stay, if he only wants to keep playing and be a regular starter, unfortunately I'd say he has to go.
Baldock - stay if we can keep him, but if he wants to go, can we compete with European football? No
Bogle - keep. Best attacking wing back we've had in my lifetime.
Lowe - if all our other LWBs go I'd keep him, but if any of the others stay, he goes
RND - I think we give him a contract with less money than we would have if he stayed fit, and give him performance related bonuses etc. Fit, he's probably our first choice. But he's made of wet paper
Ozzy - In the not even remotely realistic possibility we stay up, let him go. If we go down, ABSOLUTELY keep him! He's experienced, well bedded in the squad, technically good, will put in effort, and he can play anywhere except in net and up front.
Norwood - Keep (experience, distribution, reliability, and we ABSOLUTELY can't afford to buy an equivalent). In the championship, him and Souza Would make a great double pivot.
McBurnie - if it were up to me, I'd keep him and make him captain for the championship. But if, as rumoured, he doesn't want to stay, don't be held to ransom on him. We wouldn't make much money from selling him if he stayed, so let him go if he wants to.
Jebbo - up to him innit. Wilder reckons he wants to stay, but he's another where I don't think he's worth breaking the bank over. He's obviously got mad talent, but he's always seemed to be just a little reluctant to really throw himself into his career. I would like to see him stay, but only if he's going to really fly into it.
Larouci - if it were up to me, I would buy him if it's cheap enough. I think his attacking game would make him a great asset at champ level, especially since we have NO LWBs under contract.
Macca - can you fucking imagine?! Lol. He'll go to Leicester or Leeds on loan next season and he'll kill it, then he'll either become a Citeh player or he'll go somewhere else propoh gud
Holgate- never wanted him in the first place. Never thought he was much cop, still don't.
BBD - IF we can get him for no more than £11m, I honestly think we SHOULD buy him. I'd have him over 3 worse players for the same money
Archer - I've said since October he doesn't look like he wants to be here, and I don't think we should be pushing to keep a player who's been obviously not enjoying himself pretty much since the minute he arrived
We need to start again with the strikers. McBurnie, Osula and Brewster don't score goals. Two of them are always injured and Osula can't find the net, win a header or hold the ball to link the play. He's young but needs to improve. Add up their goals for matches played and they are all abysmal. McBurnie's goals last season were on the back of Ndiaye attracting three defenders, leaving space McBurnie never seems to make for himself. Brewster is the best of the bunch but he's like glass. Hamstrings will plague him and that's a real pity.
Harsh on Osula thinking he would step up from league 1 football to the prem while not consistently starting. There is a player there we need to put confidence in or loan him out for a full season. Agree with McBurnie and for Brewster it's best for both parties to just break it off.

Most aren't fit to wear the shirt, Baldock Souza and Robinson are in Diaz and Mcatee would be a good permanent signings, bring in the youth players and build from this foundation

Wes both Davises trusty anel bogle Norwood Souza larucci but to mention a few they have all been not up to scratch all season apart from the one off odd game I think build some experience players around brooks arblaster ousula and robbo, we need a decent centre half a quality holding midfielder and a centre fwd along side mcburni or osula who is a 15/20 goal a season forward basically another billy but in his prime that’s my opinion UTB

Focus on ben brereton Diaz. Build a team around him.
Egan and Anel have been very poor and the defending as a whole has been absolutely abysmal. A good strong solid defence is going to be key, far to many games lost as a result of shocking defending.
Massive rebuild of the squad is the only way to go for Sheff Utd but I suppose that will be dependent on the Prince. I sincerely hope that the club can have a new owner in place come the end of the season. ⚔️
