Yes, you can attach a foam container to it (it comes with the kit). The pressure is high enough for regular car wash but not strong enough to remove deep grime from inside tire fenders. So for heavy duty wash, consider the 40V version

How long does it run on charge?
About an hour with the 2Ah battery it came with. The 4Ah battery should last twice as long
