Hi Felix! You can definitely set up your AE3500 to diffuse from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. This can be done by setting up two different programs on the diffuser. For Program 1, you can schedule 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Monday, which will program the entire week. For Program 2, you can then schedule 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Monday to program the rest of the week. If you are using the Air Esscentials 2.0 mobile app, you would have to schedule these two times for every single day of the week. We hope this helps!
Hi Charlie! We'd like to correct what we mentioned in the previous comment. A, B, and C are different programs which do have different concentration levels -- our apologies! The concentration levels gradually increase from A to C. In other words, A has the lowest concentration level, while C has the highest concentration level. Hope this helps!
A fellow businessman has connected his scent machine to an app that allows him to control it from his phone. We're using the same device, but I can't figure out how he is doing it. Any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

This fellow businessman probably has a unit that has Bluetooth capability which allows him to program scent settings for the device with an app using his phone. Unfortunately, the AE3500 mentioned here does not have that feature. By any chance did you purchase your machine (AE3500) from us? If so, please inform us of your order number so we can confirm this information with you!
@@AirEsscentials Greetings, We purchased our unit through a company named Wadsworth which provides equipment to build out the studios. Do you have a machine that can be programmed/controlled via phone app? Our studio is only 1000 sq feet so the one we have is overkill.
