As a parent who likes to find off-the-beaten-path games for my kids to play (and to play along with them), your videos review here covered more of a variety of games than any other content creator I've seen that does switch games. Keep up the excellent work.
Downloaded Balatro based on your recommendation and absolutely love it. Wouldn't expect it to be a game I'm into, but I'm fully addicted now. You never miss. Thank you!!
Based on my indie games tier list for switch, what games would you recommend: S+ tier: Rising Dusk, Elec-Head, The kids we were, S tier: The Excavation of Hob's Barrow, Dusk, Crow Country, S- tier: Celeste, Cathedral, A+ tier: Crystal Project, Cloudpunk, A tier: Beyond Galaxyland, Alba a wildlife adventure A- tier: Animal Well, Baba is you B+ tier: The Touryst, Outer Wilds B tier: Gravity Circuit, Master Key, Paradise Killer B- tier: Road 96, Darkside Detective C+ tier: Lonely Mountains Downhill C tier: Blue Fire D tier: Hollow Cocoon F tier: Minit
Happy new year!! May I add some constructive criticism? Could you maybe add the name of the game you’re talking about on the screen while you’re doing so? ♥ Apparently I do have the memory of a goldfish and I had to go back and forth to catch the name of the games when I thought them interesting after you introduced them 😂 Maybe that’s just a me thing but I would help me greatly :)
hey eeowna!! glad to see you back, but also glad you spent time off over the holidays ❤ i bought moonstone island over the holidays based on your recommendation & i love it! here's to a wonderful 2025 (and even more wonderful cozy gaming) ✨
Great video, Eeowna! Crazy to think we should finally be seeing a new platform this year! I also just got a gaming PC so I'm making notes of the games you said you enjoyed but weren't good Switch ports, some of them might be worth trying on PC :)
Happy New Year! 🥳 Thanks as always for the amazing content. Balatro is my GOTY yet I still don't know if I'm pronouncing it correctly 😅. One of my favorite VOD streams I watched in 2024 was of you playing your first Paper Mario game. I can't wait to see what 2025 brings.
I thought it was interesting that they bundled Kingdom with the original Mysims and not Mysims Agents as that is much closer in concept and gameplay to Kingdom. I supposed Kingdom and the OG are the most nostalgic for people so they went for that, but like you said they really appeal to completely different play styles!
Eeownaaa Eeeeownaaa On my mind~ I can’t help but think of the Ramona Song from Scott Pilgrim when I read your tag :) Alright I’m convinced, I’ll shlap in the Balatro soon as I finish up the Witcher 3 @.@ only like 75 more hours or so
Happy New Year! I have some of these games and I'm looking forward to playing them. I love how much you loved Outer Wilds. It's one of my favourite games. I've watched so many people's playthroughs of it just to somehow experience it again through their first time. One tip I would like to add to what you said about checking the wiki is that I would also suggest that if someone is really stuck they could try asking for tips on the Outer Wilds subreddit. I have never done that myself as I have a boyfriend who had already played it, but the people on that subreddit love the game and really care about not giving spoilers to people. So it is an option to get a nudge in the right direction without getting spoiled.
Hey Eeowna!! I got a question. How would you handle backlog? I’m a huge tv binger and I want to use my switch because I’ve bought so many games but hardly play them. 😢❤
Based on my indie games tier list for switch, what games would you recommend: S+ tier: Rising Dusk, Elec-Head, The kids we were, S tier: The Excavation of Hob's Barrow, Dusk, Crow Country, S- tier: Celeste, Cathedral, A+ tier: Crystal Project, Cloudpunk, A tier: Beyond Galaxyland, Alba a wildlife adventure A- tier: Animal Well, Baba is you B+ tier: The Touryst, Outer Wilds B tier: Gravity Circuit, Master Key, Paradise Killer B- tier: Road 96, Darkside Detective C+ tier: Lonely Mountains Downhill C tier: Blue Fire D tier: Hollow Cocoon F tier: Minit
Sorry if you’ve you’ve tried this already, but wanted to suggest that you try turning on “God Mode” if you’re struggling! I believe it progressively lowers the difficulty with each failed attempt (been a while since I played so I’m not 100% sure). Once the difficulty was low enough it def felt cozy and casual to me! (Also, get Poseidon’s tidal dash if you can. It’s OP and lets you beat everything by just dashing around in circles!!)
Eeowna fans, assemble! Can anyone tell me which ocean-themed games are the best for Switch? I've heard of a couple Ocean sims but they tend to have mixed reviews, I want something that's good, cozy, wholesome, atmospheric etc. Extra points if it has whales and orca🐋
I found Outer Wilds SO FRUSTRATING. Controlling the ship, ugh. Got totally lost on any planet I landed on, I just felt like I had no idea what I was doing. I suppose I should give it another chance on the Steam Deck but I found it simply confusing and with zero point.
Ahhhh I'm so excited for the new successor whatever it may be called. Although my bank account isn't ready just yet it will probably be this years Christmas present to myself. Hopefully they bring a brand new animal crossing with a special edition console to go with it in time for Christmas 2025 also got to have a new mario kart eeek, mario, zelda and of course pokemon oooh a brand new donkey kong and kirby but also a ton of cozy games. There's gonna be so many games happening i think in this Februarys direct better start saving like crazy its gonna be one of the best directs since the og switch got announced. Also so many great games released in 2024 my library on the nintendo switch alone is just insane 🤣 and don't get me started on my steam account 🤣. I laughed out loud when you put orange town at as low as you can get, still makes laugh after seeing you play it and how bad it really is. I couldn't even bring myself to play the demo on my steamdeck 😂. Also great list and happy new year again 2025 is the year woooooo hoooooo 🥳🎉
Based on my indie games tier list for switch, what games would you recommend: S+ tier: Rising Dusk, Elec-Head, The kids we were, S tier: The Excavation of Hob's Barrow, Dusk, Crow Country, S- tier: Celeste, Cathedral, A+ tier: Crystal Project, Cloudpunk, A tier: Beyond Galaxyland, Alba a wildlife adventure A- tier: Animal Well, Baba is you B+ tier: The Touryst, Outer Wilds B tier: Gravity Circuit, Master Key, Paradise Killer B- tier: Road 96, Darkside Detective C+ tier: Lonely Mountains Downhill C tier: Blue Fire D tier: Hollow Cocoon F tier: Minit
I just cannot get into Balatro. I just don't get it. I've tried playing a few times, but it just didn't make sense to me. I don't know why everyone says it's game of the year? Also, I couldn't get into Outer Wilds. I really wanted to like it because of all the rave reviews, but the story seemed muddled and there was no direction whatsoever. And every time I felt like I was finally starting to get somewhere, the time loop would kick in and then I would lose my progress. For me it was boring and just an exercise in frustration.
I'll be honest, some of the F tier games look like shovelware. From the clips you have shown there's an obvious lack of care in graphics and performance. Seeing PS1 level graphics in a 2024 game doesn't give the impression that the developers really cared about that project. You made me very curious about tavern talk, as I love visual novels and it seems really cute!
I understand that Sun Haven is a good game on PC, but when ranking Switch games I think you're not being honest with yourself putting it in C tier. As someone who loved Super Princess Peach but totally respects why you'd put it in C because it doesn't fit your tastes, it still hurts a bit to see it ranked as low as something that is currently basically unplayable.
I was future proofing the list as this is the only game which said a patch is coming shortly - and is actually already out as of today! So is (in theory as I have not tried it) playable. Princess peach however will be getting no further updates, so the state it is in the video is how it will remain! So as of writing this note I believe sun haven is in the right place, still buggy but playable
@eeowna if you're looking to get into reading i recommend How To Defeat A Demon King In 12 Easy Steps. Its a lit rpg so basically a videogame book that was heavily inspired by Legend of Zelda
Happy New Year Everyone! I took a little break over the holidays to be with my family, but I am looking forward to everything 2025 has in store!
happy new year eeowna
Happy New Year to you, too❤ Hopefully they announce the next switch console soon, since I'm getting tired of these leaks. Lol
Happy new year! 🎉Great that you could take a little break. You deserve it ❤️
Happy new year ❤
Happy New Year to you too!

YAAS it’s so good!
I loved Botany Manor! It made me cry a little when I found the mean letters...
I find your reviews so insightful. Thank you for making these!
Great video, Eeowna! Crazy to think we should finally be seeing a new platform this year! I also just got a gaming PC so I'm making notes of the games you said you enjoyed but weren't good Switch ports, some of them might be worth trying on PC :)
Can’t wait for this one! I hope you had a lovely holidays!
We’ll wonder what 2025 will bring maybe some spooky cosy ones

That's a solid and beautiful list of games, Eeowna.
Outer Wilds has me feeling like I am severely intellectually handicapped... lol.
Would love to hear your thoughts on Magical Delicacy. I bought it after watching you play it a few months ago!
I’m hoping the games stay compatible with the switches already made because I refuse to buy another console. I will just switch to PC permanently.
Happy New Year Eeowna!🎉
Got a recommendation for you:
-Witch Spring R
Have a lovely and fun year ahead❤
I second this! Such a fun game
Core Keeper is such a good game. I love everything about it. Yet to properly play Echoes of Wisdom.
Moomin roll! 😵💫 Entire moomin comminity triggered 🤣
Thanks for the video! Thought I'm pretty sure you can wear all of the hats that you find in Little Kitty Big City.
Oh yeah I meant more they’re all so cute I wish we could wear more clothes at once!
Happy New Year. My favourite game was Moonstone Island, but I also loved Zelda echos of wisdom. My most played was DDV though.
I’ve bought tavern talk bc of your recs! Loving it so far!
I really want to try balatro but I don't even have a clue how to play polka so I'm a bit scared 😂😂
I would love to hear your opinion on „Neva“!
Have you played Neva? It was the most beautiful game for me last year.
No way you played My Sims Kingdom 😭 that game was my favorite in the wii
Loddlenaut is fantastic. I was so surprised and impressed. Its up there as one of my games of the year.
I just wish outer wilds had an easy mode for flying. I’ve tried three times to get past the tutorial and given up every time
Eeownaaa

On my mind~
I can’t help but think of the Ramona Song from Scott Pilgrim when I read your tag :)

You have a steam dec? What games do you play on it?

Enter them in one of those spin wheel generators! Every time you need a new game to play, spin the wheel and player game from your backlog!
@@Eeownathank you! When the switch 2 comes out my priories will be to play as many games as possible
Balatro was a super fun surprise! I downloaded a few weeks ago based on your rec!
Based on my indie games tier list for switch, what games would you recommend: S+ tier: Rising Dusk, Elec-Head, The kids we were, S tier: The Excavation of Hob's Barrow, Dusk, Crow Country, S- tier: Celeste, Cathedral,

C tier: Blue Fire
D tier: Hollow Cocoon
F tier: Minit
Did you play Stray on the switch? It was huge on the PlayStation, I think but the switch is an entirely different system sooo 🤷♀️
Always love your lists. Thx for the trouble you take to make them :-)
You see Hades as a cozy game? This one stresses me out so much 😂
Like the combat is not cozy at all :D
Sorry if you’ve you’ve tried this already, but wanted to suggest that you try turning on “God Mode” if you’re struggling! Wait - didn't you learn on stream that it's Moomin Troll, not Moo Mint Roll? 😀
I knew it sounded wrong but I couldn’t place it lmaoo
@ haha, whoops! Love your content, regardless!
yessss core keeper!!
Has anyone tried Sun haven since the update yesterday?
Eeowna fans, assemble! Can anyone tell me which ocean-themed games are the best for Switch? I've heard of a couple Ocean sims but they tend to have mixed reviews, I want something that's good, cozy, wholesome, atmospheric etc. Extra points if it has whales and orca🐋
I wish Sun Haveb worked on the switch the way it worked on PC cuz I prefer playing on my Switch & haven't finished it on PC
Did you play hades on stream or off-stream?
I found Outer Wilds SO FRUSTRATING. Controlling the ship, ugh. Got totally lost on any planet I landed on, I just felt like I had no idea what I was doing. I suppose I should give it another chance on the Steam Deck but I found it simply confusing and with zero point.
can you do an updated switch accessories video? also and updated physical collection video

Kamaeru looks like Pocket Frogs from Nimblebit, but... better.
Hallo, I just found your channel and wanted to ask you if you know "I am a teenage Exocolonist"? If so, is it good? Did anyone here play it? 🙈
I will not be getting the switch two as i just got the switch 2 years ago
I just cannot get into Balatro. I just don't get it. I've tried playing a few times, but it just didn't make sense to me. I don't know why everyone says it's game of the year? Have you looked at Pyre by the same studio as Hades? I've been considering it so I'd love a review by a cozy gamer
I'll be honest, some of the F tier games look like shovelware. From the clips you have shown there's an obvious lack of care in graphics and performance. @Eeowna That's fair enough. I'm very excited to hear that Sun Haven's patch is out, I hope it drastically improved things!
I was disappointed in princess peach fr
Love you and your videos, I am choosing not to support Nintendo after this whole Palworld debacle. Won’t be wasting $ on the 2
Stopped watching after the sixth whatsoever.
The lovers card need two guys.... in that card game.. sorry, that stuff really bothers me... ugh...any gay version? ;)... That game is an F for me. :P
She cute
@eeowna if you're looking to get into reading i recommend How To Defeat A Demon King In 12 Easy Steps. Its a lit rpg so basically a videogame book that was heavily inspired by Legend of Zelda
