This is for you and your followers/subscribers: i work at a warehouse 12 noon - 10:30pm give or take est. Sunday through Thursday (Friday and Saturday off) (currently on medical leave due to a work injury) my questions are: 1. I have done food delivery 📦 and had issues in the past with orders being damaged or shipping being damaged, this delivery works for my schedule, but I hated it because it became more of an inconvenience than a convenience. 2. Since I work such long hours, I’m not by a refrigerator or am able to eat at my post at work. How can I stay full for hours longer? And what HEALTHY snacks can i eat during the time I can eat at work? 3. What can I eat that don’t need refrigeration? Anyone who works at a warehouse or plant (there’s a difference) can you help me? 4. And lastly, because I work long hours, what’s can you suggest for I eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner? Hence, I go to work late in the afternoon but off work late. Looking for things that are quick, filling, tasty, and cheap. Thanks! Hopefully this can be a video idea for you.
I know this is incredibly late but here's what help me when I was working in a warehouse and general tips that helped me. 1. I would suggest grocery shopping as locally as you can on one of your days off and setting aside two hours to meal prep for the week (I suggest getting a slow cooker if you don't have one, they can be big time savers!) Think about what you tend to eat most and think about how it can be dispersed into multiple meals 2.Pair Protein with Fiber!! These two will keep you full pretty long! Lentils/Beans and Rice, Any nuts/fruit (like an apple or pear that'll sustain overtime), any lean meat sandwich that can be wrapped and put in a lunchbox/out of direct sunlight. If not this, try getting protein bars or protein shakes that only need refrigeration once opened! 3. Popcorn, Apple, pretzels, Jerky, Beans and Rice, Most Soups (no dairy), sausage and potatoes/green beans, PB&J, Oatmeal lasts a while as well 4. Over night oats/Oatmeal, boiled eggs, breakfast wrap( egg/cheese/meat or any beans) Tuna Fish/Crackers, Canned Soup/Meals (like ravioli), Pasta/Sauce/Any Veggie and/or meat Beef stew, eggs/bacon, smoothies also help especially if you get frozen fruits! Dont forget to get yourself something you enjoy! If you like sweet, salty or savory things, try to pick up an extra like dark chocolate for example! General cheap ingredients; Beans, Lentils, Rice, Pasta, Pasta Sauced, Canned Veggies/Frozen, Oatmeal, Applesauce, Tuna Fish, Potatoes, PB, boxed mac and cheese, knoor pasta sides, canned soup, banquet pot pie, im sure theres more but i've run out lol Hope this helps you and you're taking care of yourself!!
Such a great and useful video. Would you please talk about ways to get rid of bad thoughts and also the detrimental impacts of perfectionism? Thanks in advance. Wish you a lovely week.
Been loving your videos for a long time now, thanks for all the tips. I had a question about smoothies. I heard that smoothies take away from some of the nutrients from the fruits and veggies. Just wondering if that was true, or if you could tell me more about great smoothies.
I’m considering starting to make smoothies a part of our morning routine what would you recommend besides frozen fruit, fresh spinach hemp seeds (which I have never eaten)! Thanks
Hillary Enloe I know this question was meant for Meghan but I personally love yo freeze plain yogurt in ice cube trays! It makes the smoothie extra creamy and cold and adds protein!
Anything leafy: spinach obviously, kale, arugula, and fiber things: apples, steel cuts oats, or sweets meaning pineapple, bananas, but RUclips and Pinterest have great ideas …..even powders like barley Max or protein powder. Things to have when you can’t get even green or protons in your diet 🤷🏾♀️
Cilantro- great to clean the body from heavy metals. Spirulina - very rich with minerals and oligo elememnts Wild blueberries - very rich in antioxidants Chia seed - great sauce of water and proteins
Hey Meghan thanks for the video,I do most of the things you have mentioned in the video on a daily basis but am sure going to get the #blinkist app cz I do love reading but I got no time😊
Thank you for the very helpful video. Just please, can you do something about the audio? There is a buzzing sound in the background, like the AC or something? It was a struggle to finish the video. And are you using an auxiliary mic or just the camera?
Her hair looks fine. I have thick straight healthy hair. Only use a mild shampoo and no other products. Usually dry my hair naturally, unless it is a cold freezing winter day and I need to go out.
1 11 I’m asking bec she said she wasn’t really going to blow dry it for a long time or anymore, (can’t remember what she said) and wear it curly which is her natural hair. I never said it doesn’t look good straight. I know it looks fine

Just wondering but, how long do your strawberries last when u wash and cut them in advance?
Great advice, 👍
Amazing advice thank you so much can't wait to follow these!!
I needed this as a busy mom. My choices haven't been healthy. Thanks for the tips!
Could I ask why? Why you chose unhealthy food? How did the tips made you make the change? I am trying... but...
Hey. I'm doing a lot better now with my healthy food choices for my family. I've learned how feed my kids healthy if on a busy schedule
Watching what we eat is so important to stay healthy! If we don't, we could be putting toxins and unnecessary food items into our bodies.
A great video right before bed ❤️

Cat Evangelho thank you so much!! It’s actually just from the thrift store!
You remind me of Emma Watson, even the way you talk lol, all you need is the accent lol

I don't hear any buzzing in the background. 🤔
I don’t hear it, it might be a problem on your end :)
Hmm.. My bf and sis hears it too... And we're using bose headphones. Other youtube videos sounds great.
#1 Healthy Video Tip-
Go Vegan!
What happened to you not blow drying your hair anymore and leaving your hair natural? Lol
