quick undersized centers could be a problem. Haven't ran into any yet that do pick and roll. Should be able to dog them on boards and still dominate in the post though.
simple answer : any decently built 7 footers *got 95 strenght, 95 post control, 90 standing, 92 close shot, 73 driving dunk (for Giannis dunk package)* *only "big" difference is my block rating at 84 but for me it's enough to avg 2-3 blocks a game and rebound at 94 cause i use cap breaker to reach 99*
This build was cool in random rec. If you know how to space the floor, you should be fine. Negatives are people will back out in lobbies before games and you might average 6-8 points because everyone cuts to the basket. I'd probably lean towards more of a shooter if you mainly play with random people.

They did a test and block rating only affects the likeliness of getting your hand to the ball and doesn’t help with contests in the paint

Depends if u run wit a squad. Randoms wont pass u the ball because u clog the paint and ruin the spacing
