Question: why did you connect it to the battery? Doesn't the aux wire provide power and you could just connect directly to that and then ground screw? (newb here)
When you cut the button and 3 leads come out the red and yellow and black you only connect the red to the aux switch? And don’t put the black to ground??

Love the vid. I do have a question... Is there a reason why you chose to mount it to the bumper as opposed to above the windshield? I was thinking about getting one and mounting it above the windshield but then I saw your vid. Is there a difference? Is it just personal preference?

I don't understand why no one uses the front grill violet and grey non-powered circuit to connect there front bumper lights, then connect the violet and grey up by the dash to whatever aux switch you want to use 1-6 accordingly? Can it be done that way? Isn't that the purpose or am I confused? Thanks
I believe you are correct, that can be done.. I would do mine that way. Considering ordering this. They also have non powered wires to the rear that can be connected.
