bob, you need to turn off the tv in the background. it throws off too much light, and it's causing you to be dark in comparison. you need a ring light in front of you that floods you from the front. now, as you move forward towards the camera and sit back away from it, the amount of light on you changes and you go lighter and darker. the new studio looks nice so far!!! all the best from canada.
