Hi DuoHK I am from the UK and my wife and I are visiting NYC on Christmas day for 9 days, I am humbled by what you are doing, its not easy when you are down at the bottom, but when there are people like you trying your best it brings a smile to my face, I promise that I will whilst in your fine country stop and talk to the homeless, and will buy a meal for some of them, I know its not alot but you have opened my eyes to the suffering. I was just walking down a road and outside a shop sat a homeless who just like most, he had one of the cardboard signs explaining that he needs money etc... then on the floor was a small bowl of lettuce and there he was holding a leash with a rabbit and was stroking it

I was homeless for a month and my mom was away doing drugs and my dad was also homeless my brother had his own house and he let me come stay once a week and take a shower and then i just kept praying and praying I slept on the ground outside in the cold it was so cold one night I couldn’t sleep the next day when my brother let me come over I couldn’t walk because my feet were frozen now though I’m pretty successful keep in mind I was 14 when I was homeless now I’m 15 and I have started to pursue a rap career and focus on avoiding the wrong things

he really should call his mother more often, because you never know when its to late and you cant talk or see her ever again. unfortunately people are like this and that they really do not appreciate what they have, until it is gone. especially applies to people who are important to us. we show people too rarely what they mean to us.
