Bruce Lehrmann's defamation case against Network Ten and journalist Lisa Wilkinson has officially failed. Justice Lee has told the court Network Ten has not excluded all other possible accounts of what occurred between the pair.
Mr Lehrmann faced a criminal trial in the ACT Supreme Court in 2022, which collapsed without a verdict due to juror misconduct.
He has always maintained his innocence.
