@@rachaelchiamaka fine, and I just got new update for one ui 5.1 also like every android phones, it's not really compatible with social media like Instagram, so sometimes if I use Instagram for take some pictures or videos, it gets lag, but that's not all the time just in the moment when I use some huge filters.
I love my new phone a33 water anf dust resistant, the camera Woow! however just disappointed, doesn't come with a head of the charger amd having the cable being c-type on both sides makes it difficult how am I supposed to charge?? I will have to buy a charger?? Ah man!

Hi, On this phone I make a video and then in gallery it is not not showing as saved - conversely, I do exactly the same thing and it is in gallery? Therefore my question is why do some videos and photos automatically appear in gallery and others do not if the device is not using software that is safe etc? I don't see how you do exactly the same function on this device but have random outcomes with specific regard to storage of a photo or it happens also with emails etc? Finally, can anybody advise if some sort of facilitisation exists to live stream experiences that prove the automation or software or call it whatever you like effectively determines the functionality of the device to being almost akin to operated or limited or controlled in some way outside of the manual guidelines and marketing etc? I have updated all the software prompts and it displays a message of UI software installed anf uptodate. Finally, the phone was a gift to me and purchased in a London retail shop - the manual is in a foreign language - has anybody encountered this and are the staff at the London Samsung store capable to help with some userbility issues that I describe. I find it bizarre you take a photo for example and it is automatically in the gallery and then other times it is not? Thank you in advance.
