- It took 50 years, but my brother in law Ernest Kramer finally recovered a childhood love when he rebuilt a 1931 Model A Boattailed Speedster almost from scratch.
When I was 16 I went looking for a Model A. Those cars disappeared into garages never to seen again or sold The street rod scene was just about to come into it's own. Prices started climbing DAYLY. I'm 83 now and have just now been able to collect enough parts to get mine started. Congrats, she's just beautiful
love the car - and the helmet and goggles !! my 29 Speedster is a blast to drive too !!
Excellent Build! I am building my own version of a Boat Tail speedster in my 1920 Garage on my channel. It is a disease for sure but, what a disease it is.

iron will85 ask about what plans I used. Well I didn't have any plans, it was done with eyeball engineering. If I was to do another one I would make if 7" or 8" or inches shorter
