I made this today. Turned out perfect! Thanks for the recipe, Katherine. Like the way you do the starter. Other recipes don't have it so I guess that's what made the difference in the texture of the yau char kweh

以前只要是卖咸煎饼(hum chiam peng) 的摊子就有卖这个,那还是三十多年前的时候了。我已经很多年都没看到了,可能制作比较麻烦吧。
