What flour was used bread or all purpose ?
What is the liquid you dipped the lepinja in before putting on the grill? Vegeta and water?
Yes but you can also use chicken or beef broth.

Imam isti recept kao i vi za lepinje i radim sve isto ali mi se po nekad ipak ne napušu tako jako ,gdje griješim .

add oven temperature, timer, how long you let the doe rest, etc etc needs more info
If you watch is says on the oven 285°c for 8 minutes but unfortunately not sure of proofing times either
Yes that is correct. And the proofing time is 1.5 hours.

All good but 35 grams of dry yeast on 1 kg flour,that's too much
