What about how NE and MO pronounce Kearney? Do you know which days [karney] and which says [kerney]?

The title is totally misleading. It has nothing to do with talent and you're analysis says exactly that. Ksu doesn't have enough track record yet with most of the starters this season, outside of DJ Giddens and a couple of players on defense. That isn't talent discrepancy, it is experience. Wouldn't it be foolish to say that a kid like Avery Johnson lacks ability? Rather, imo, across the board this will be Klieman's most talented team to date.

We can sit and talk preseason polls all day long but until they get out there and start busting heads, it means nothing. I think theres 5 that have a great shot at the chip this yr. Kstate, utah, ku, arizona and ok st. Cant wait to see avery in action.

It seems that the perception of Arizona is inflated because they kept their two best players. I’m no expert, but it seems that the net portal for them was negative.

What does this have to do with the lead. Ksu has no talent.

Does it matter that you have to have a in state 5 star. Cone on guys it's great. But you lost the other 4 top 4 recurits not to ku.

It’s time for K-State to have the expectation that 5 star recruits will be the norm. Playing in the Big12 for K-State gives an opportunity for elite players to consistently win and to stand out. Elite players want to win. There’s a disadvantage for them to go play for a Big10 or SEC team that may have elite players but only has a .500 season.

Mason- You're argument on KSU having a guy on first team, because you think KSU makes the CCG precludes the fact they are by no means guaranteed to make it, and lack overall talent in comparison. Derek makes a lot of valid points. I think KSU is actually overrated and could lose 3 or 4 games this year. You've all lamented on the lack of experience, which is usually what drives a KSU football team. Having a young, inexperienced QB with a virtually new offensive line, new OC, and a lackluster wide receiving core isn't ideal.
Mason- "what they did last year is probably not replicable with Alan Bowman as your QB" They literally did exactly that with him as the QB last year, genius. And then to call him "the worst qb in the big 12" is absolutely biased garbage. He had 3,400 yards passing last year, which is the most returning passing yards of any Big 12 QB. He beat OU, KU, and KSU (the ranked games) without throwing a single INT! He has an offensive line with a combined 214 starts (#1 FBS), the Doak walker award winner and Heisman candidate in the backfield, 2 of the top 5 big 12 receivers in yards, and Mike Gundy. That's why OSU went from 8th in big 12 from the national media to 3rd in the big 12 from the Big 12 media. They know OSU better. A lot better than you.
