And the BBC wonder why people find the woke reinterpretations don’t really turn out to be what the public wants. So licence cancellations continue apace.
I got a letter claiming they "might" visit me on Tuesday. I'm still waiting.
Long may that last. I would really like to see the reaction of Starmer if the BBC advise him later next year, that 95% of all TV Licences had been either cancelled or not renewed!!
(A new job for the cops, I reckon, along with patrolling the hard, unforgiving streets of social media!)
With the whispers of our "dear leader" thinking of charging people for a TV Licence if they watch "Netflix", (which they already pay a subscription to), it would be interesting to see what kind of "punishment" he could come up with (which people would totally ignore!)
And watch loads of companies go out of business if they decide to add subscription services to the licence fee.....
Write back and revoke their 'implied right of access' to your property.
Then any TVL, BBC or Capita staff would be knowingly trespassing on your property, and you could prosecute.😅

Brilliant. But what would he say about the True Believers who continue to pay homage to Evil despite bitter experience??
If the bbc wanted to make it a bit more realistic they could have Holmes and black Watson try to solve all the phone thefts and stabbings in London ? Possibly with drill rap music score?
The BBC did Austen. An American company did Dr Watson. Though they are pretty much interchangeable and equally boring.
Why is woke so boring, lacking imagination.
@@Mark70609 It's because shoehorning-in the ideology takes precedence over the believability and quality of writing. Compare and contrast:
Classic Dr Who -- a entertainingly naff family-friendly programme with sci-fi elements &
Dr Who 2020's -- The gay black Dr Woke where a fat feminist eats a star and men give birth.
ewwwww
Watson could be an aspiring architect. In the last scene of the series we could see him being relentlessly pursued by the racist police after he, purely by happenstance, happened to be driving a horseless carriage that was involved in a gunfight some days prior.
I won't spoil the ending.
@@boostar155 yes 👍 I’m sure your version would be much more believable than anything the bbc will come up with
Maybe when Watson is dead his girlfriend and mum could tell everyone what a happy boy he was. The life and soul of the party.

I hope you seen the northern lights last night Simon.
I think that you are 70, Simon, and I am certainly 68. That means that we have shared memories and those memories will die with us. We remember when Britain was a White country, with the odd minority added for good measure. Most of those minorities lived in particular parts of various cities, so London had Brixton and Manchester Moss Side. Outside those areas you hardly saw a Black face.
What is happening today is the creation of a narrative which has it that non-Whites have always inhabited Britain. When we are dead, there will be nobody to challenge that narrative.
That’s the plan
i bet you didn't march with the EDL just like this old fraud getting rich on your old memories of a world you let die.
I grew up in Shoreditch and then Deptford (for most of my childhood and teenage years) and black people were very rarely seen; none lived anywhere near us! We had a fantastic Greek family run the local Chippie at the end of the road and my mother’s best friend was a lovely German lady (who had married an Irish soldier in the BAOR, who was pilliored on returning to Eire and settled in London)! No blacks whatsoever; just working class whites! My mother first came across black women workers in my late teens. He comments on their arrogance, self-entitlement, laziness, ignorance and extreme use of excessive foul language would make your hair curl! She detested them and described them as a “black plague that would take over the world” ! At primary school in Charlton we had zero non-European children and at grammar school in Blackheath we had one half-caste black boy; always in trouble who in later life was arrested for a killing!
Today; it’s a very different country, one of my old work colleagues has moved to the Llyn in Gwynedd from East London to be free of the colour mixing, when we visit him it’s a very different world to London!
