    I have now watched all of your hair care videos and have put together my hair growth kit. Did my first big chop last December for my 50th birthday. I had loc's for 18 years and promised myself when I turned 50 I would cut them and start my second act ( second 50 years of life) and I did a texturizer for two months and got use to my TWA. Now because of you and a few other young ladies on you tube I am armed and ready and am doing the all natural hair and body care. Thanks again ;-)

    Hey, My daughter's hair does not seem to grow. I do use all your products for deep conditioning and hot oil treatment. What do i do to help her?

    • @lovelyanneka
      @lovelyanneka  10 лет назад +1

      her hair will never stop growing. especially when they are young. focus on nourishing her hair from the inside. which mean making sure to give her food such as egg, avocado, fruits and vegetables that are loaded with vitamin and minerals that help you hair your hair grow. or a kid multivitamin. the combination of hair products and nourishing the inside of oir body help the hair to grow healthy and fast.

      @jackiego89 10 лет назад

      It's not just nourishing her hair but it's also of what she eats. Remember hair is made out of protein. So its very important for her to eat healthy like fruits and vegetables. Have protein in her diet. Take multivitamin pills. Drink plenty of water. Or she can take hair growing vitamin that they sell at your local store.

    I never knew the honey was the culprit in lightening my hair! But I did find an awesome way to combat it! I started using Amla powder I read about it in a henna blog for combating the red color from henna. I have been using it for a year now and I LOVE the way it makes my hair feel. It keeps my curls poppin! keeps my hair dark shiny and healthy! I LOVE IT!!

    Namakando Mwangala Mwangala i done a big chop went all bold, no hair for about a month, so i rub hair food cream on my bold head and cover with a night cap been doing that and saw results, you can also try regular massaging the head when you're relaxing to get blood flow to the head, hair folicals feed on blood and left over vitamins, also i use a portable fan (cold air cooler) to blow through my head, if these dont work try a GP, no hair could be alapecia or some hair condition.

    Great information. I wish I knew all of this 14 months ago. I live in Houston, tex where the humidity is horrible. I had all of the oils and Shea butter but was not consistent with it. Jus got all of my split ends clipped for the first time in the natural state. I just bought biotin. I was always taking alive. I became a product junkie and have lots of product. Thanks for the information. I will let you know the outcome on my 4b4c hair. You are a jewel. Be blessed

    Watching this again! And the 2nd time around is always the best! One thing I very much noticed in this video is that you really stressed keeping you hair moisturized! Honestly I decided to start my transition process about 3 months ago, then I BC about 1 month ago, I used everything that you used on this video plus some AND my hair is sooooooo soft (softer then ever before)! I am impressed by my growth and it is only a matter of time before it is to my shoulders! Thanks for you advice!

    How often do u wash your hair? Daily? Weekly? Do you use every single one if those products EVERY time u wash your hair? It do you alternate between the bentonite clay and then the yogurt, etc? If you wash your hair daily what do you do first, second, third, etc??? What is your last step? And do you do all if those steps every day or once a week? Thanks for your help. I started this week on my natural hair journey. Growing out of my relaxer and trying to grow in my bald edges and crown!!!

    i am really moved by your video and will definitely try out the products you mentioned. I don't really have a problem with my hair thickness, just that its taking a little longer than i expected for it to grow. Its been 2 years and a few months since i cut my hair flat and removed the relaxer and its reaching on my back now , Yayyy!!!!! All i used was baby petroleum jelly(which you can get at walmart for $2.97,its the one with the pink label) as my oil for my hair on a regular basis but when i do wash my hair and dry it off with my towel, i use a mixture i made using cayenne pepper, olive oil and mixed it with half of the jelly(or whatever amount you desire) in a separate container to grease my scalp,should not be too runny. Trust me it really leaves your scalp feeling refreshed,and you will feel the burning sensation on your scalp which is done by the cayenne pepper, it opens up your pores so that the olive oil and jelly can do their job.Hopefully i was of help to someone today :).

    I still use Dr. Bronner's but the trick is to dilute it. I use a small Dr. Bronner's bottle, fill it about 1/2 inch with soap and then fill the bottle 3/4 of the way with water. Does the job, doesn't strip my hair (in fact my hair is nice and soft) and your soap will last forever. Been using it this way for several years.

We know that part... Now tell us When to use the yogurt... How you use it, when you use... do you alternate between the protein of the yogurt conditioner alternate weeks with the tressemme conditioner... etc... But you got it going on girly!!! Hey @lovelyanneka i really enjoyed your video first of all! :) I have been wearing my natural hair out for a year now and I noticed that it wasnt growin at all, so Im gonna do a semi big chop on it to give it a fresh start because I noticed that it has some bad breakage. But I was wondering about one thing in this video..the honey, do you leave it in your hair or do you rinse it out after a certain length of time?

    Mainly natural things....
    I've been using all natural things on my hair and my hair loves 'em! :) My hair's soft, healthy and growing beautifully.
    Planning on growing out about 5-6 inches before June 2013. I'm so wearing my hair out in it's natural state during my graduation! :)

    First of all, I thank you for sharing what worked for you. We appreciate your time! Secondly, I do agree that the volume could be louder. I really tried to listen for the steps that I needed to take with the products you introduced. You mentioned using it after a wash. So, do you just apply all of them...one after the other....and then wash them all out? Please forgive me if you did discuss the steps and I missed it. Thanks again!
