    Is caller Id displayed as user specific?

      Yes, you can set up a caller id as a direct number for the specific user or for the main business phone number, you can block it as well if needed

      Change QUALITY in Settings to 1080 that should take care of it

    can you have vanity numbers such as 1-800-PROBATE etc
