My family have been using fabric napkins for over 4 years now. We have a basket of clean folded ones in a basket and the used ones go into a bag where they are washed weekly along with kitchen towels, etc.
Good job! Very earth-frendly. To replace paper towels we use various sizes of rags made from worn out cotton items. T-shirts, undershirts, old towels, pajama pants, whatever. Just toss them in with a load of laundry and store in a box or bin under the sink or in a convenient closet.
I switched to bar shampoo/conditioner/body wash instead of liquids to cut out all those plastic bottles. You can also get bamboo floss in a little reusable glass container
