Never made Couscous before ? Try this easy and delicious couscous recipe that you can make very quick
It's also delicious as a summer salad with grilled fish, chicken or meats.
All you have to do is just pouring boiling chicken stock over the couscous , then add the rest of the ingredients.. 😊
Ingredients :
200 g couscous
300 ml boiling chicken stock
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup minced green onions ( 1 bunch )
1 cup chopped fresh flat - leaf parsley ( 1 bunch )
1 cup chopped fresh mint leaves ( 1 bunch )
1/4 cup red onion, small - diced
1 cucumber, seeded and medium - diced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions :
Place the couscous in a large bowl, then pour the boiling chicken stock, and add the salt, ground black pepper, olive oil. Stir well. Cover with cling film.
Allow the couscous to stand at room temperature for about 8 minutes to 10 minutes.
Add the green onions, mint, parsley, cucumber, red onion, and tomatoes. Mix well. Season to taste and SERVE 🥰
