Breaking Bad for me is perfect. Nothing felt boring, I wanted to watch Walter get out of trouble for all 5 seasons, Gus might be the best TV villain of all time and it ended perfectly. If you haven't watched it yet, I highly recommend all of you to check out *Fargo* (The Show... but I guess the movie too). Interesting, mature plot, believable characters, great performances, especially Billy Bob Thornton and Martin Freeman and all of that without cheesy dialog or tiresome clichés. If you liked breaking bad, you might enjoy this too!

I would have put BB as #1 but that's just my opinion. I watched a lot of good shows and Sons of Anarchy was definitely one of the best ones I've seen but the ending absolutely crushed me. The story in itself was so tragic (Jax's life) and it was so sad that it really is hard to think about. I cried for a couple of days & felt empty after it. Mehhh lol are you not a Walking dead or GoT fan? You need to watch those if you haven't tried I promise they aren't overrated. I would also suggest reading walking dead comics too.
I like GoT but I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan, The Walking Dead started out strong but lost me around season 4, I'm still watching but my wife and I are basically hate-watching it at this point :)

just artsy things you should watch The Shield. It was made by a lot of the same people as SoA and has a ton of the same actors. Kurt Sutter (SoA creator) was an executive producer on The Shield and eventually became the show runner. You don’t care about the characters as much as sons but the writing and a lot of the acting are way better. Plus it has one of the best and most emotional finales ever.
While I haven't watched the whole thing, I watched a lot of it and definitely had fun with it! It paved the way for a lot of the current comic book shows.
I think that Hannibal would be in my top 10 as well, so will Peaky Blinders! So Fargo, Peaky Blinders, Hannibal, Mr. Robot and Banshee. And Archer. Fuck. Top 11 then.

I personally loved breaking bad but there's just way too many stereotypical characters like Mike, Gus and Tuco Mike is that one character that everyone thought was cool and tough Gus is way too cartoony And Tuco is your typical villain lunatic But overall, I loved it. Storywise it's probably the best written show but character wise they're definitely not the best in that area Only compelling characters are definitely just Walter,Jesse,Hank and Skyler as they had more complexity in their character not like Gus who acts and feels like a cartoon character when he's on screen
the first season makes a lot of people stop watching the show, also Saul Goodman is way too OP he would get anyone out of any trouble in a matter of minutes, some character decisions doesnt make any sense

I personally loved breaking bad but there's just way too many stereotypical characters like Mike, Gus and Tuco
Mike is that one character that everyone thought was cool and tough
Gus is way too cartoony
And Tuco is your typical villain lunatic
But overall, I loved it.
Storywise it's probably the best written show but character wise they're definitely not the best in that area
Only compelling characters are definitely just Walter,Jesse,Hank and Skyler as they had more complexity in their character not like Gus who acts and feels like a cartoon character when he's on screen

it wasn’t perfect in the way that it didn’t conform to typical tv drama, and that would be flawed in some eyes. in my eyes however. it was absolutely beautiful and a literal masterpiece
