Absolutely! (and much more is coming 🥰) I completely thought the Personal Questions in the Jukebox game would make a difference too, but in testing - it didn't make a difference. I was definitely surprised by that!

I love both Steph and Ryan. On my first play through it felt like I loved Steph even though I kissed her that it was just a peck and Ryan didn’t have my back in the end even though I wanted him in my first playthrough. I guess cuz I couldn’t stand charlotte being in pain. At the end I left town with Steph but Ryan was crying which hurt me. With that being said I did a second playthrough and mainly focused on Ryan, but in the end when Gabe talked about the future Steph left and barely spoke with Alex which made me sad . Wish it could have been just a throuple or have Steph stayed in town .
I know!! That's one thing I really don't like about the endings. There's no ending where Steph stays while you date Ryan or Ryan feels ok when you're dating Steph. I mean, the Ryan being upset thing is because of him dealing with his dad issues.. but it doesn't feel that way. I want something more resolved where everyone is friends at least.

I originally played through this game a few times when it first came out. I recently played through wavelengths and I started to get more in to Steph (how could you not?) it’s made me want to replay the game and see more of Alex and Steph. I actually just watched your video on all of their scenes together and this video was recommended. I’m so glad I clicked it. I definitely wasn’t expecting any of this. I’m pleasantly surprised. Where you surprised by any love points? I was definitely surprised by some, but mostly surprised about what didn't count as a love point in the game! So many different choices tested individually and only these counted 😲
That was...interesting 😲😈 That split screen with Yours (I'm assuming like "Angel" and "Devil") parts of Your mind was interesting concept (that seductive and passionate like "sex phone talk" voice of You almost turned me on 😈) 👍 I was wondering why sometimes she doesn't say that "...it's kinda crazy that you knew exactly what would cheer me up..." line in chapter 2. Also different versions of her emotions and outcomes in chapter 3. But...I didn't know there could be 2 (!) versions of the kiss on the rooftop that depends on Your choices 😲😱 GOOD JOB, DECK NINE 👍 Still...why picking a song in record store is shown as "action that will have consequences" even though it doesn't give you points with Steph and as far as I can remember it's not listed on the summary of chapter 1?? 🤔
LOL Ya, those are "parts of self". I do a lot with those characters on my other channel to illustrate self-awareness. They are my Exhibitionist & Brainiac Parts. Both very present in my personality, but have such different.. interests 😁 I discovered the different kisses and I was hoping there were different hugs too, but nope. I thought there might be a disappointed one if you had a high love score, but nah. Still, agreed, the variants of this game are so fantastic. I am convinced the record choice does have some other consequences (there are a lot more scoring systems I'm working on now) but I haven't figured out that one yet. There are some glitches with the Minor choice percentages, so it's possible there was a mistake with that one too.
There are some very small nuances that I discovered while testing Ryan's that likely apply to Steph's kiss variations too. I'll be testing that for Steph as soon as possible and post an update if they do. I think when you get to the roof top you aren't suppose to kiss her, you are suppose to friend zone her because at this point you don't know if Steph likes Alex or she just wants to use her to launch her music career or piggyback off of Alex's (like in LIS 1 you at first wonder if Chloe likes Max or her power) , that way when you see her before the last scene and she confesses her feelings for you out of admiration for how you handled the town meeting, her feelings are more authentic
YES! I love this... for Alex though, someone who knows chaos, I could see her choosing the chaotic adrenaline rush too... but don't do it Alex. Savor the moment, ease your way in, wait for that town council meeting and then get your girl. Love it

After I first saw this video, I developed an intetesting habit when I have Alex romance Steph... I choose all the love points for Steph, EXCEPT the hottest distraction, as I choose Ryan for that. I know it doesn't alter Stephs reaction to Alexs ' Hand in Marriage ' comment, but its still fun ( from my pov ) to have Steph annoyed when I throw the curve ball from left field that is the marriage offer...
i picked ryan for the hottest distraction and when i went to the record store in the LARP she was a bit angry she was thinking “it’s ok alex thinks ryan is cute, i can handle that” but then i changed her mind and asked her to marry me 😂😍

Hello :) I don’t blame the majority for getting Alex and Steph together, because they sure as hell are an awesome couple :D Is it weird to say that Steph isn’t _entirely_ my type, but I still ship her and Alex together? Probably because their scenes have a lot of chemistry, and it’s so fun to flirt with her~ (On my first playthrough, I flirted with her and Ryan as much as I could, hoping to unlock a secret poly option XD) It’s interesting how it’s easier to unlock all love points for Steph opposed to all love points for Ryan; maybe I’m over-analyzing this, but could this represent their feelings about Alex? Because of his role in Gabe’s death, Ryan needs more specific options in order to understand that Alex likes him, but Steph, who basically wanted to romance her right away, is more eager to understand Alex’s actions as flirting ^^ Anyway, I really love to know which options actually matter when building a relationship with both Steph and Ryan, so thanks a lot for sharing them :D
I think Steph and Max probably would work as a couple, probably better than pairing them with Chloe or Rachel In who's afraid of Virginia wolf, the the book Samantha reads in before the storm (and Rachel reads at the end) the only time the older wife tells the truth, is when she said her husband was actually the love of her life "he figured out the rules as soon as I would change them" Its the last thing we would suspect, because of how toxic their relationship is, but I think it is meant to parallel with Chloe and Rachel, Rachel did awful things to Chloe, in a multitude of ways, and in many case Chloe was complicit in her own destruction, but if you wanted to be as "well draped" as Rachel, abusing the one you love is a good way to hide to the world how you feel, like with Victoria and Kate. Steph likes looking like the game master, but would rather be a sidekick to a prom queen, and Max seems like a sidekick, but is actually a game master/ prom queen. both love their secrets, I am guessing both are actually spiders

Hmm... that's really interesting. I think that's a good theory because reading her emotions does lead to different dialogue there. I would also guess that in combination with lower points maybe (at least 3 would be needed to get the marriage option though)

It seems like he has one less love point possible compared to Steph which my perfectionist brain just can’t accept! Hey Arina, and great question! Yes, you can still get on the rooftop with Steph if you DON'T give her a rose in a few circumstances. It's a bit wordy to add her, but essentially: 1.) Give a rose to no one. If you give it to Ryan, you'll be on the roof with him no matter what his score was. 2.) Have more Steph love points than Ryan love points - OR - have the same number of points, but pick Steph as the hottest distraction. (ok, that was still wordy lol) I'll likely do another video with extra love info because there are a lot of details like this that didn't quite fit into this video. Thanks for the question!
recently finished the game and dlc. I really liked it, but there were a few questions about Steph. Why did she decide to leave the band and stay in Haven? And if she liked the city so much, then why was she going to leave? (rooftop scene with Alex). At the end of the game, I chose to stay in Haven with Steph, but I'm worried that Steph will leave Alex sooner or later and go traveling. Will Steph regret staying in Haven in your opinion, or will she have a great future with Alex? Sorry for this chaotic post, just emotions
Ya, totally get the feelings here... I had all the same questions myself! I really don't like that Steph leaves Haven if Alex chooses Ryan. I feel like there should've been a 3rd option where she stays and they're friends. It makes me feel like their relationship wasn't stable enough and might not have lasted if she choose her anyway (like you said)

Great question! If you already had enough points, you can not give out the Rose and she'll still show up AND give you the best kiss scene. But - if you have the same amount of points with Ryan and didn't give anyone the rose, it'll default to the person. you chose for the Hottest Distraction. I actually learned a little bit more about the scoring when I did Ryan's video, so check that out if you didn't already because there might be more info in there that wasn't in Steph's.
Oh, and the only thing I found that giving her the rose affects aside from not aside from the Points, is the sign on the Record Shop. If you look at it after you give her the rose, Alex's comment will be different :)

I love all the information you shared. I can only imagine all the time it took. Also, unrelated, but do your characters have names?
I think to get her respect, independent of the love score, you have to loose the juke box game and use the game as an opportunity to pump Steph for information. If you do this you do what Rachel did to Chloe with the game two truths and a lie , and if you loose on purpose Steph will realize she was played as game master because you were playing your own game to get information from her and to get the shot that you secretly always wanted the whole time. Besides the only real way to loose the junk box game is to play because she just does it to see how quickly you would conform to the rules she sets up, how obedient you would be if Steph was game master, I mean she left that shot just lying there so that it would attract Alex to ask what it was for.
anyway this video was such a mood. Loved Steph since Before the Storm and was kind of sad you couldn't romance her as Chloe... lol. Glad this game came along and made my dream come true at last.

After I first saw this video, I developed an intetesting habit when I have Alex romance Steph...
I choose all the love points for Steph, EXCEPT the hottest distraction, as I choose Ryan for that.
I know it doesn't alter Stephs reaction to Alexs ' Hand in Marriage ' comment, but its still fun ( from my pov ) to have Steph annoyed when I throw the curve ball from left field that is the marriage offer...

I don’t blame the majority for getting Alex and Steph together, because they sure as hell are an awesome couple :D Is it weird to say that Steph isn’t _entirely_ my type, but I still ship her and Alex together? Probably because their scenes have a lot of chemistry, and it’s so fun to flirt with her~ (On my first playthrough, I flirted with her and Ryan as much as I could, hoping to unlock a secret poly option XD)
It’s interesting how it’s easier to unlock all love points for Steph opposed to all love points for Ryan; maybe I’m over-analyzing this, but could this represent their feelings about Alex? Because of his role in Gabe’s death, Ryan needs more specific options in order to understand that Alex likes him, but Steph, who basically wanted to romance her right away, is more eager to understand Alex’s actions as flirting ^^
Anyway, I really love to know which options actually matter when building a relationship with both Steph and Ryan, so thanks a lot for sharing them :D
I think Steph and Max probably would work as a couple, probably better than pairing them with Chloe or Rachel
In who's afraid of Virginia wolf, the the book Samantha reads in before the storm (and Rachel reads at the end) the only time the older wife tells the truth, is when she said her husband was actually the love of her life "he figured out the rules as soon as I would change them"
Its the last thing we would suspect, because of how toxic their relationship is, but I think it is meant to parallel with Chloe and Rachel, Rachel did awful things to Chloe, in a multitude of ways, and in many case Chloe was complicit in her own destruction, but if you wanted to be as "well draped" as Rachel, abusing the one you love is a good way to hide to the world how you feel, like with Victoria and Kate.
Steph likes looking like the game master, but would rather be a sidekick to a prom queen, and Max seems like a sidekick, but is actually a game master/ prom queen. both love their secrets, I am guessing both are actually spiders

Hmm... that's really interesting. I think that's a good theory because reading her emotions does lead to different dialogue there. I would also guess that in combination with lower points maybe (at least 3 would be needed to get the marriage option though)
I think if u are going to romance her the best outcome is to stay in town plus Ryan looks like a broken man if u leave

It seems like he has one less love point possible compared to Steph which my perfectionist brain just can’t accept! Hey Arina, and great question! Yes, you can still get on the rooftop with Steph if you DON'T give her a rose in a few circumstances. It's a bit wordy to add her, but essentially: 1.) Give a rose to no one. If you give it to Ryan, you'll be on the roof with him no matter what his score was. 2.) Have more Steph love points than Ryan love points - OR - have the same number of points, but pick Steph as the hottest distraction. (ok, that was still wordy lol) I'll likely do another video with extra love info because there are a lot of details like this that didn't quite fit into this video. Thanks for the question!

so turns out my first playthrough I got max score
recently finished the game and dlc. I really liked it, but there were a few questions about Steph.
Why did she decide to leave the band and stay in Haven?
And if she liked the city so much, then why was she going to leave? (rooftop scene with Alex).
At the end of the game, I chose to stay in Haven with Steph, but I'm worried that Steph will leave Alex sooner or later and go traveling.
Will Steph regret staying in Haven in your opinion, or will she have a great future with Alex?

Ya, totally get the feelings here... I had all the same questions myself! I really don't like that Steph leaves Haven if Alex chooses Ryan. I feel like there should've been a 3rd option where she stays and they're friends. It makes me feel like their relationship wasn't stable enough and might not have lasted if she choose her anyway (like you said)

If you chose to leave Haven there's nothing stopping from going back and if you chose to stay in Haven there's nothing stopping from traveling later on.

Great question! If you already had enough points, you can not give out the Rose and she'll still show up AND give you the best kiss scene. But - if you have the same amount of points with Ryan and didn't give anyone the rose, it'll default to the person. you chose for the Hottest Distraction. I actually learned a little bit more about the scoring when I did Ryan's video, so check that out if you didn't already because there might be more info in there that wasn't in Steph's.
Oh, and the only thing I found that giving her the rose affects aside from not aside from the Points, is the sign on the Record Shop. If you look at it after you give her the rose, Alex's comment will be different :)

Ya but generically. I just refer to them as The Brainiac and The Exhibitionist. There are others too… all aspects of my personality 🥰
I think to get her respect, independent of the love score, you have to loose the juke box game and use the game as an opportunity to pump Steph for information. If you do this you do what Rachel did to Chloe with the game two truths and a lie , and if you loose on purpose Steph will realize she was played as game master because you were playing your own game to get information from her and to get the shot that you secretly always wanted the whole time. Besides the only real way to loose the junk box game is to play because she just does it to see how quickly you would conform to the rules she sets up, how obedient you would be if Steph was game master, I mean she left that shot just lying there so that it would attract Alex to ask what it was for.
