- This film is about HIV & AIDS in Papua New Guinea back in the 1980s and the early 1990s based on Kumap, his wife Mindip and their little son Samson.
Kumap who worked as a driver for a rental car company contracted HIV AIDS through his reckless drinking behaviour. Unfortunately his little son and wife were also infected with the virus which leads to their deaths.
The film also features some great people like late Pastor Matupit Darius, Late Frank Keno, Harold Richardson (who is currently suffering from stroke) as well as some others like late Pastor Geoffery Pomaleu.

Very true, my friend. Sadly, both of them (Matupit and Keno) have passed away and Harold Richardson (who acted as Doctor Matiabe) is currently suffering from a stroke and bedridden. They are gone but not forgotten. This film will be a testament to all the generations to come. 👍🏽💪🏽🙏🏽🇵🇬

This was heartbreaking to watch.
As a kid growing up in the 80s in Pom City, AIDS was a relatively new disease at the time and I can still remember the ad campaigns from then but didn't quite understand much about it.
Sadly, many lives have been lost over the years due to the dreadful AIDS virus, and even some innocent lives were lost too as well due to the ignorance of others.
