Sir if 1/12 part of carbon is on weighing machine then it's 1u
But if 12g of carbon is on weighing machine then it's called 1 mole.
It is 1 part of carbon atom = 1u.
If you see the previous vedio you will be able to understand
It says that the relation between mass and mole is
Mole = substances mass upon molar mass
Molar mass of carbon is 12 u
Than finding mass of 1 mole carbon will be
Mole x molar mass = mass
So 12 g of carbon = 1 mole

Actually,it was deleted from cbse syllabus in 9th..but in coaching institutes and all for competitive preparation,in 9th class also mole concept was taught in detail.
