I have watched a lot of stock training videos... Sykes, Warrior trading, Humbled Trader, Tru Traders, Bull Bear Traders, you name it. How do these guys only have 146K subs?????? This content is so dialed in. Straight forward. Prioritized. Love it.

Cam and Nate you guys are awesome. I've been following you guys since I first started trading 6 years ago. Went through all the growing pains of subscribing to cheap services and learning the wrong things and finally started trading again this year when I'm in a better financial situation. Watching your videos all over again and picking up new insights the apply to my trading. I look forward to joining IU in the near future. Thanks to a lot of your suggestions, I've been finding consistent success by setting realistic expectations and focusing more on performing the right actions rather than looking at the P&L. Surprisingly I'm beginning to find more success as I've focused less on the wins and losses and focused more on being discipline and locating the right set ups.

No, it applies to all intra-day trades. If you buy and sell the same asset in the same trading day, that counts as 1 day trade. If you exceed 3 in a 5 day period (not weekly, if you do 3 day trades on wednesday, you can't do another until next wednesday). If you break the rule you risk having your broker suspend you from day trading for 90 days. The only way around this is to either have $25k in your account at the close of the previous day, using a prop broker (basically pools money of users to circumnavigate the PDT rule, make sure to see their terms because some have pretty invasive data/account access requirements). Last option is to find an non-US broker who isn't bound by PDT rules, but at your own risk of course.
Sounds so similar to poker... After 10 years career as an online poker player Im going to give a shot in trading. I think this is the direction with more value and possibilities in future.
I contacted CP. They sent me the link for CP Lite which is where you can open for 10k. But, the account only has access to DAS Trader. Not the PRO version. Do you think its worth it to open with them without the PRO version access? You guys highly recommend in one of your videos that we go with the PRO version of whichever platform we choose.
By the way, my online broker app only has Weighted Moving Average - no doubt VWAP is better, but WMA seems to do a similar job - to a beginner-ish trader. I guess some people prefer boring old EMAs too

Because I use IG (mostly paper trading but I do trade the news sometimes with a free broker) but I pay $15 or 2 cents per share (which ever is more) per trade! For US stock CFDs that is, and £10 for UK stock CFDs. So I'm $30 down from the get go - and that's not even taking the 0.5% currency conversion charge into account. I guess maybe if I upgraded to a pro account with another broker the commission would be a lot less but I only have 2k to trade with right now so the pro accounts are not really feasible for me.
