There is no easy way to do this. I have had some luck on fiverr and other platforms for odd jobs and commissions. Also an Etsy store is a possibility. I occasionally take commissions based on requests from the youtube channel.

Mod Podge is the greatest. mix is with black acrylic paint and it works as a sealant, primer and adhesive all at once.
